Anik Khan

Hi, this is Anik Khan, a new member here. Graduated in 2019, major in computer science. I had a passion for programming and gained a bit of knowledge but I always shy myself away from building projects, collaborating with others. Along the way, I made some huge mistakes that suffocate my dream of becoming a developer, a true one. Here are my mistakes-
⚡ I didn't collaborate with others. I thought tutorials will make me a superior programmer than others.

⚡ I never try to build something if there's no tutorial for that.
⚡ I often used to burn out a lot because I didn't know when to stop. 10 hours at a stretch to solve a programming problem and then stop practicing for one month.
⚡ I always felt low about myself that I only applied for one single developer job since graduation.

Me, however, isn't necessarily a bad programmer rather a coward one. I do have a good grasp on procedural and OOP paradigm but I always reserved myself from building new projects on my own. I was too coward to challenge my knowledge.

However, I got a job as an instructor in a technical school because of my core CS and foundational programming knowledge. But after 1 year(beginning of 2020) I quit; I felt like I am scaping away from my pursuit.

So here I am again. I hope I can grow with the awesome community and will find a way of salvation. I hope I will get your support on this journey of salvation. #welcome
