Obviously the React Labs post is a trustworthy primary source and I'm excited to see the features you mention come into production, specifically that they're planning to add support for Web Components.
I didn't see anything in that post indicating that React Compiler would make it into React 19 (or that it wouldn't), however, and there were references to some new hooks that will be associated with Actions, so your points about 'no new hooks' could use some revision. Thanks for your article and your response about your sources!
