Some months ago I decided to start learning Java EE in order to improve my skills; as a Java developer it seemed to me the natural flow to follow, switching from Java SE to Java EE, so I enrolled a course on Udemy.
Three months later (I know I was slow, but I had to deal with my job, living alone etc...) I finished the course, so what to do now? I don't want to develop the infamous address book webapp, I think it's boring, and I also wanted to blog about my next study project, so I came up with a conclusion:
Why blogging about your project when your project could be a blogging platform?
So here's why my first Java EE study project will be... a blogging platform :-)
It's not the big next Medium or Quora competitor, it's not its scope, I just want to learn about the platform and build something useful, may be (I have no expectation at all, beyond learning stuff).
So, here's the repository on GitHub, the platform is still work in progress, but I would like to ear your suggestions about that, in order to improve myself.
Thanks Dev.to for the opportunity to share my thoughts! ;-)
