Hey Ben, what would be your number 1 reason against remote work? I am only curious in your opinion, I have never actually tried remote.


It requires everyone to really buy in and agree. It's taken us a long time to really get it right at all.

Async communication, network connectivity, possible trust issues, lack of spontaneous collaboration. Lots of stuff is made more difficult but can be smoothed over with team commitment.

Also, I miss my team. When I do make it into the office I'm so social, which is not really how I am for the most part.
