I have done anything serious in a Lisp, but I tried playing with Racket a couple weeks ago, and I thought it was pretty cool!
The first thing I thought of when looking at your code was Reagent for Clojurescript. This sort of dynamic small-building-blocks style of coding is very Lisp-like.
Racket is perfect for building this sort of DSL, too!
