Hey, really helpful advice! One of the goals I have in my current workplace is to interview new candidates- we're having a bit of a hiring frenzy due to increased demand.
I particularly like the "no-hire" reccommendation; just because someone is a no-hire doesn't mean they aren't people who also have feelings, goals and visions for their life.
If there has to be a rejection, a softer one with some constructive feedback can be the difference between someone who leaves with their confidence shattered and someone who leaves with emboldened purpose to find a position somewhere else; you never know who'll write the next great tool for your company's language!
