Bad habits are hard to avoid completely. A good strategy to tackle this issue is to replace them with "good" or at least "not so bad" habits 😄
In my case, I've bee trying to reduce the intake of coffee and tea during the day. To make it easier for me to achieve this, I have my fridge stocked with several healthier alternatives 🚰 and I have two alternatives to go to when I want something warm ♨️
Probably just general procrastination. YouTube, videogames, etc. I've uninstalled all social media from my phone at least, and the only thing I haven't blocked on my PC is YouTube.
