  1. Unrealistic deadlines
  2. Changing requirements
  3. Incompatible framework versions
  4. Windows updates (I like to look at these as paid breaks)
  5. The guy who comes to your desk to talk about work but gets carried away with small talk. Eventually he leave without getting to the point.
