I would start with:

  • Empathy
  • Collaboration
  • Communication Skills

Those 3 for me drive the other skills.

 

Definitely interpersonal communication (as others have said)... and the notion that "soft skills" as a term underplays how critical they are, and how difficult they can be to attain :-)
