Countless times I heard to do not reinvent the wheel.
Most of the times, it's true. There is no need to waste time on something which is already figured out by someone, especially in case of computer programs.
But, after reading an interesting blog series, I thought differently.
TL;DR of the blog - if you block all access to the applications/services of the big five companies (Amazon, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and Apple), you could barely use anything on the internet.
Hope so. We think one of it is to build a place where you will be free from them.
Code everything as possible from scratch in coolLaboration with the users.
As we ❤️️ coding, learning and the process of creating cool, magical things just by sitting in front of huge displays and rolling our fingers on a keyboard, creating something from nothing is heaven for us.
Build a magical place on the internet, where you can find all your everyday applications and services in one place, without the big five.
The services part was inspired by @ben 's post about DEV.to tech stack.
Imagine if you could use one service provider, instead of 17+?
And you can shape the service provider with your own ideas? Cool, right?
In the very beginning, we only have 2 simple public applications, but we have several ideas, like:
- User Analytics
- Application Analytics
- Budget Tracker
- Coding environment in your browser
We are also working on lots of infrastructure related code, which helps us to ship apps quickly & automagically. (Some of them will be open sourced.)
We use the OAuth service of Github and Google at the moment to simplify the sign in for our users.
There is a plan to support email registration in the future.

If you are a developer, we are open sourcing as much as we could, so you can follow or/and star our projects on our GitHub page.
Leave an 🦄 if you think we are cool or the whole idea is insane.
