Has anyone ever actually talked to an employee from Deegit?
I am actively looking for opportunities, which means that my resume has been uploaded to a dozen or so job sites and, by proxy, I get 10-20 calls and emails per week from recruiters.
The job descriptions are very hit & miss, leaning more toward miss, with one exception:
I get about 7 emails per week from this recruiting firm. Surprising, they are almost all really good sounding opportunities. These are Java or GoLang jobs that I would consider talking and learning more about.
I've always appreciated a well-targeted recruiter email, and will respond when I feel an effort is made to make an actual match.
Deegit makes it easy to express interest
The emails all have a very easy
Click here if you are interested link that simply allows you to upload your resume then confirms that the agent will be notified of your interest.
The process is easy and the agent name displayed matches the one from the email, so it all seems quite legit. One problem:
Deegit has never followed up a on a listing I've expressed interest in
So lately, in addition to the link, I've also replied via email, asking if their system is broken.
Perhaps it's not a real company at all?
Their home page looks nice but also appears to be stuffed with stock images.
They do have an Open Positions page with a non-empty database and search functionality.
I'm not sure what to think.
So, does anyone else have an experience to share regarding these guys?
