I think newer versions of Mac has ZSH pre-installed but if you installed using brew, you should be able to uninstall with brew uninstall --force zsh zsh-completions
brew uninstall --force zsh zsh-completions
For oh-my-zsh just delete ~/.oh-my-zsh folder
