Great point. Developers of all levels should remember this. We're human. It's how you respond that's more important.
Better yet, staying calm, responding appropriately, and working to fix the issue is good practice when larger fires erupt. It's great when a team can respond to bigger issues in a calm, but precise manner. There's no reason to run around with your hair on fire. Doing so will only delay the fix getting released.
It makes for a better work environment too.
