5 Developers, 1 Designer who can code, and one Support Lead (who does a tonne of other stuff also). Everyone has to spend time on strategy, business dev, marketing etc. to varying degrees on top of their primary roles, as we don’t have dedicated roles for it.

It's really interesting to see how much freedom and autonomy you're given. That's the best thing about startups I guess.
