What's your server-side speed target?

Years ago I gave myself goal of 200ms or less for web app requests. I'm pretty sure this is a lot faster than the default that a lot of apps dev for. I got this from a Google presentation that was published years ago. They attribute a big part of their success from the simple speed of the search engine.
And now I'm cutting that in half. (!) And making my goal 100ms on the server: I'm finding it do-able with recent improvements in web programming languages, frameworks and hardware.
I usually monitor this by using this goal as the "APDEX_T" setting in new Relic. I'm giving "Scout" a try now too - that's the screenshot above.
FYI, since server-side speed is just half the picture, my other goal is that my web apps all get > 90 or "A" rating on Google PageSpeed or Yahoo YSlow.
Anyone else have a goal they shoot for? I'm wondering what others do, and what's worked for you all.
