I'm a beginner programmer at Codecool, where I have done a lot of programming (proof is on my GitHub page).
I would like to know what to write inside a programming resume (or CV).
If you have done it before, I would appreciate you helping me what to write in it, what to share inside it, stuff like that.

What you need is more a portefolio than a resume.
If you want to show how invested you are inside your resume to help you find a job, you should exposed in a couple of lines the headlines of your most important projects.
And include the link of your portefolio on your resume
So, by displaying my projects, the interviewer (who views my portfolio) will be able to see what kind of projects I'm capable of doing?

I do a bit of recruitment myself, and when a solid portfolio is attached to the CV, it tells me that the applicant is motivated and that he's not only here because he saw some lights in, you know.
The downside is that your code must be clean. It's not a criteria, but I always go do some digging in random class of the projects, and if I don't like what I see I might ask you some related questions.
Also, on your portfolio, don't be stingy about context. Explain in a few words why you did it, and what the project is meant to do
Write a regular resume (Google Docs has a nice template) and add in their links (hyperlinks) to your project and a URL to your portfolio (if you have one), and your GitHub page.
When I get a resume like this from HR I always check those links.
