&lt;p&gt;2) Find partners. Here you can call someone you've already worked with, or enter a chat with an adjacent niche, for example, I can have designers, SMM developers, brand visualizers, site scientists, something that I don't do myself, but it may be necessary for my client too. Here you need to select who you are sure of, or select well, because you will recommend them.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;By the way, stylists can have it, psychologists, photographers. And at the astrologer, those who put on nails, do the tarot layout, yoga.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3) Exchange input products with partners. But not just like that, but to give when they buy something from a partner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For example,&lt;br&gt;
your input product costs 5000 rubles (business diagnostics).&lt;br&gt;
And the main one is 20,000 rubles (setting up a target).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your partner, for example, is a sitologist&lt;br&gt;

The main product is a website of 40,000 rubles&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And you exchange these input products.&lt;/p&gt;

And he also, if they buy a website from him, then business diagnostics as a gift &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My example:&lt;br&gt;
Every tool is useful, even 1 tool can increase profits or make work better and more enjoyable&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3) Obsession:&lt;br&gt;
Working and studying&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4) Purpose:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What common goals do you have with the employee, or how will the work experience in your company further help the employee?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My example:&lt;br&gt;
Become a tracker, mentor, be a guide for others&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5) Training:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Learning what or from whom can be useful for an employee?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My example:&lt;br&gt;
I study among the best, the very top knowledge that I can immediately apply to myself and clients.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;6) Challenge:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Is there a challenge in your mission? What big idea can hook a person?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There was such an experiment, two people had to pass through the crowd, one looked at a certain point, much further where he was, he did not look at passers-by nearby, and people bypassed him.&lt;br&gt;
And there was another person who looked all passers-by in the eye, afraid to step on someone. He constantly had to change the trajectory. And in the first case, everyone bypassed the person themselves.&lt;br&gt;
What is the idea that sounds like the main challenge that can unite only those people who want to reach exactly the end, to this goal?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;7) Freedom:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What kind of freedom framework may be of interest to your employees? Let me remind you once again that not all points are mandatory, something may be important for a person, and something is not, it is important at the very beginning of acquaintance to understand what is important, and build a dialogue around it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My example:&lt;br&gt;
I make decisions myself, I work at any time, the result depends only on me&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are 2 types of client:&lt;br&gt;
1) External&lt;br&gt;
2) Internal&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;External ones are all our regular customers&lt;br&gt;
And the internal ones are our employees, they may have fears, objections, and when hiring, we sell ourselves as an employer.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Think about what other stopping factors can be for making a decision?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For example, there is a type of people who need security, most often this girl, but not necessarily. They can work well, but it is very important for them to be paid on time so that everything is clear, transparent, without gray schemes, maybe a little less than others, but on time and stable. For them it is a support.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On the contrary, there are those who are willing to take risks in order to get more than others later. Stability is not important to them, victory is important to them🔥&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Which type of internal client is more suitable for you?&lt;br&gt;

Or if you spent 10,000 rubles and only 10 clients came, then the cost of attracting one client will be&lt;br&gt;
10,000 / 10 = 1000 rubles&lt;br&gt;
Then you have recouped this funnel by 50%&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4) If there is an auto marathon, then for example the first couple of days are good, and the last day should sell your consultations, or training.&lt;br&gt;
