I’m excited to share my latest end-to-end cloud project, where I built a video streaming platform inspired by Spotify!
🔹 Frontend: HTML, CSS (fully custom UI)
🔹 Backend: Node.js (or mention your backend tech), integrated with RDS for secure data handling
🔹 Infrastructure as Code: Entire architecture deployed using Terraform for scalability & automation
💡 AWS Services Used:
EC2 + Launch Templates + Auto Scaling Groups (ASG): High availability and automatic scaling of backend servers
Application Load Balancer (ALB) + Target Groups: Intelligent traffic distribution and fault tolerance
VPC: Secure, isolated cloud network
IAM: Fine-grained access control and security
Amazon S3: Storage for media content and assets
Amazon RDS: Managed relational database for user and video data
🔹 Key Highlights:
✅ Fully automated infrastructure setup with Terraform

🎉 I'm happy to share that I’ve successfully completed a 6-month Java Full Stack Development program and an internship at Pragmatyc Global Pvt Ltd (formerly Maximist For Edification and Software Solutions Pvt Ltd), Nagpur, from February to June 2025. 💻 During this journey, I worked with modern technologies like HTML5, Tailwind CSS, React.js, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and MySQL 🛠️. I also gained hands-on experience in AWS EC2 ☁️ by deploying and managing real-time applications. Grateful for this opportunity and excited to take the next step in my career path! 🚀

Just Launched My First AWS Server! 🎉 From Zero to Cloud!

Hey everyone, super excited to share a major milestone: I just successfully launched my very first server on Amazon Web Services (AWS)! After lots of learning, tinkering, and a few head-scratching moments, it feels incredible to see it up and running. I primarily used Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud), starting with a t2.micro instance and opting for Amazon Linux 2 as the operating system. Navigating the essential steps of setting up a secure key pair for SSH access and configuring security groups to control inbound/outbound traffic (only allowing SSH from my IP for now, naturally!) was a key learning. Successfully connecting via SSH from my local machine and running some basic commands to verify everything felt like a huge win. My initial takeaways are how amazing it is to spin up powerful compute resources so quickly, the immediate clarity of the importance of security (Security Groups and IAM are paramount!), and how incredibly comprehensive and helpful the AWS documentation is. This is just the beginning of my cloud journey, and I'm already planning to experiment with deploying a simple web application, exploring other AWS services like S3 for storage and possibly RDS for a database, and getting a deeper understanding of monitoring tools like CloudWatch.

Hi everyone,

Big day today! After finishing my IT degree last year, I'm officially embarking on a dedicated six-month journey to become proficient in multi-cloud technologies. I've joined Naresh IT in Hyderabad, and I'm ready to dive headfirst into

AWS, Azure, and GCP.

My aim over the next six months is to gain hands-on expertise across these platforms, understanding everything from core services to advanced deployments. I'm especially looking forward to learning from Veerababu Sir, who comes highly recommended!

I'll be documenting parts of my learning process here on DEV.to, sharing insights, code snippets, and probably a few debugging stories! The goal is to come out with a robust multi-cloud skillset ready for the real world.
