Here I would briefly explain what my goals are for joining this internship program. </p> <p>**My Goals are Pretty Simple</p> <p>First, to Learn🎒 - I see this internship a Growth opportunity. It may not be 100% packed, however I believe learning is a life long pursuit.</p> <p>Secondly, to Innovate🆕 - At some point, the interns would be split into teams, consisting of members of different tracks. This would allow me to bring something new whilst we build on what we've learnt, allowing me to work on my teamwork, collaboration and communication skills. </p> <p>Thirdly, to Surpass🎓 - Getting to a point of excellence. I intend to learn from my mistakes and make better choices as I pave my way to expand on what I've learnt and also impact on others thus becoming a master builder.</p> <p>**Conclusion</p> <p>The thought of scaling through this internship program isn't about the money, or the fame.
