Hello peeps.

I'm using my printer once a week since I do not have a big desk. I keep the paper tray closed and every time I need the printer I would move my Mac-mini a little on top of the monitor stand to be able to use the printer then put everything back to normal once I'm done.

Last night I moved my Mac-mini to do the same thing. While I was trying to print from my computer I noticed the wifi is not connected. I thought It's the router then I checked my phone and it was connected to the Wifi and everything is fine. Then I switched to my Macbook because I was in a hurry.

Long story short, Today in the morning I did put my Mac-mini to the flat position on the desk and the Wifi started to work again. I was like WTH. Then I could not believe bending my Mac-mini on the monitor's stand a little bit would prevent the Wifi from working. Then I repeated it and I can confirm the Wifi will not work if the Mac-mini is not in a flat position on my desk.

Any idea what might be the problem?? Or an explanation?

It's time to localize your prices

Discrimination I'm not native English speaker so please do not be annoyed if you see mistakes in my article.

I came from a third world country, where living cost is cheap. but Learning tech from paid resources was/is not that easy. Buying a book that cost 30$ for me would be 1500EGP, which is more than the minimum wage in my home country.

I have to admit I downloaded many pirated content because I could not afford it when I started working in tech and many people are still doing that.

It's more challenging when you start your own startup in tech. infrastructure cost would make your business run out of cash after a month probably if you build it on AWS or Azure probably. then what is the alternative. Let's do it old school then, rent a VPS or server and you would need to maintain every single service like DB, logging, storage, etc. but what about tracking, mobile app crashes and other services which you could not build or maintain yourself.

I'm not sure if this is realistic but using popular tech tools is a luxury in some counties and I believe they should probably try to localize their prices to help people to focus on building great apps not waste time to replicate the needed tools.

#discussion Do not we have enough Introductions?

Hello everyone.

Not sure if this topic has been discussed before or not But I feel most of the online tutorials/blogs/posts fall into Introductions to XYZ. Just browse tech blogs anywhere, it's all similar. I feel we always invent the wheel. and I understand blogs are sort of personal branding but come on. Isn't the Internet has enough Introductions and probably it's time to collaborate and improve tech tutorials?

I just wanted to hear different opinions. maybe I'm wrong.
