The name is ACE, and Woe am I glad you stumbled upon this small article, To some of you clickbait, to others hmm “maybe something worth skimming through” ive took it upon myself to simplify the core meaning of this text with the most authentic and non political stand point. Whatever the reason may be I'm glad you're here. I've had this idea for a while and after figuring out that the state's app copy is only employee accessible I thought it was only right to bring up my idea and see who could help me turn this dream into a reality.
The Project: I am planning on finding the right team to help me build an AI app to help Californians navigate the judicial system penal codes and all levels of legislations in our government in an easy, non-complex humane way.
Project Branch, is an encrypted privacy-first, sovereign AI application designed to provide citizens with direct, in curated legislative advisory built in with up to date sovereignty penal codes and constitutional rights.
Project Branch is stripping away the archaic, gatekept language of the law and replacing it with a new, urban-friendly energy. We’re attacking the status quo by combining raw political justice with a modern, user-friendly interface that actually feels like it belongs in the hands of the people.
It’s a political-justice-based vibe that stays sharp, authentic, and completely centered on the user’s reality.
The Voice: The intelligence behind the app is powered by my own vocal identity. When you use Branch, you aren't listening to a sterile, synthesized drone—you’re getting a real, human-informed perspective. From professional auditing to the occasional dose of truth-telling, the voiceovers are done by yours truly, Ace. Doing voice overs has always been a passionate dream of mine and who can get more AI than the 2022“Nobody" (in the system's eyes) with that "Somebody" (insider) knowledge. Lol look y'all
I am not here to sell you a startup or promise a gold rush. I am here to build something meaningful—a public utility—to ensure no one has to navigate the judicial system alone due to s lack of the publics truthful, unfiltered information.
The Project: I am building Project Branch, a privacy-first, sovereign AI application designed to provide citizens with direct, uncurated access to California legislative data and constitutional rights.
The Reality: : Current state-sponsored AI tools are 'trusted environments' that filter, gatekeep, and harvest user data. They create an information asymmetry that masks the law. And normal AI systems sometimes dance around the simple question-to-answer ratio due to user data log interfaces. As a Bay Area native, I'll be the first to say: sometimes I just need a simple "yes, you have a case" or "no." I want something user-friendly that lets me know which penal codes have been flagged, or provides information on free pro-bono lawyers in the area, law firms, or state-sponsored advocacy. Project Branch is the countermeasure.
The Architecture:
Privacy-First: Zero-knowledge architecture where all interactions remain strictly on the user's device.
Sovereign Stack: Utilizing open-weight models to ensure the tool is owned by the public, not by a corporation.
Audit-Ready: A tool for citizens to verify the 'true sources' of the laws affecting their jobs, their lives, and their freedom.
My Background: I have a rigorous foundation in logic, UX design, and system architecture through years of web and PC game development. I understand the mechanics of the bureaucracy because I have been subjected to its 'Strategic Code.' wile still being a mother of two a daughter who leads with a helping hand, I've still managed to analyze my data with a high functioning hypertension tech savvy way, and hey I'm Honestly not looking for a top-down management model; I am looking for a partner or partners who value high-fidelity system design and the necessity of restoring public transparency back into the hands of the people for thee people.
