Recently, I’ve been focusing heavily on hidden developer ecosystems, rapid product execution, and unconventional ways teams scale technical work with smaller but highly capable engineering setups.</p> <p>I’m currently exploring a few ideas around AI-enhanced development workflows, high-performance product systems, and alternative client acquisition models for developers and startups. Some experiments are moving faster than expected. Some require the right people.
