I found a dead-simple way to add an AI chatbot to my client's website

So I've been building websites for small service businesses for a while now — dentists, salons, law firms, that kind of stuff. And there's one problem that keeps coming up with almost every client: they lose leads after hours.
Someone lands on the site at 9pm ready to book, sees a contact form, thinks "I'll do it later," and never comes back. Or they call during lunch rush and nobody picks up. It's the same story over and over.
I've tried a bunch of chatbot tools before. Some were way too complicated for a small business owner to manage. Others looked like they were designed in 2015. A few charged per conversation which scared my clients off real quick.
Then I came across Clerkzo (clerkzo.com) a few weeks ago and honestly it kind of just worked.
Here's what caught my attention:
You paste your website URL and it trains itself on your actual pages. Services, pricing, hours, FAQs — it pulls all of that in. I had a working chatbot on a client's site in maybe 10 minutes and I'm not exaggerating.
The widget itself actually looks good. They have different themes and you can match it to the site's branding so it doesn't look like some random third party thing bolted on. That was a big deal for me because my clients care about how their site looks.
The part my clients love most is the lead capture. It doesn't just chat — it asks for name, phone number, preferred time, all within the conversation. No awkward form popup. The lead hits their inbox right away with the full chat transcript attached so they know exactly what the person asked before calling them back.
Pricing is flat monthly starting at $19. No per-conversation fees. For my clients who are used to paying hundreds for answering services or just losing those after-hours leads entirely, that's a no-brainer.
A couple things I really liked from a dev perspective:
Installation is literally one script tag. Works with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, React, whatever.
They have a correction loop so if the bot gets something wrong, the client flags it and it never makes that mistake again.
It stays on topic. It only talks about the business and refuses random off-topic stuff, which was a concern for a few of my clients.
It's not going to replace a full customer support platform if you're running a SaaS with thousands of users. But for service businesses that just need something to answer questions and grab leads when nobody's at the desk? It does exactly that and nothing more.
