👋 Hi dev.to community,

Today I’m excited (and a bit nervous) to share a product I’ve been working on — Yupcha, an AI-powered interview platform.

❓ Why Yupcha?

Hiring at scale is hard.
Early-stage screening takes time, effort, and often feels inconsistent across candidates.

Yupcha was built to help teams conduct AI-driven interviews where candidates can be evaluated in real time based on:

Communication clarity

Problem-solving approach

Technical signals (role-specific)

The goal is not to replace humans, but to reduce repetitive screening and make interviews more structured and fair.

🛠️ What Yupcha Does

At a high level, Yupcha focuses on early-stage interview screening.

AI-conducted interviews

Real-time candidate evaluation

Consistent screening experience

Designed for early hiring stages

It’s still early — learning and improving with every iteration.

🚧 Current Stage

This is an early launch.
We’re actively collecting feedback and refining how much trust and responsibility AI should have in interviews.

Some things I’m especially curious about:

Where would you trust AI in hiring?

Where should humans always stay in control?

What feels useful vs risky?

💬 Feedback Welcome

I’m building this in public and would love honest feedback — positive or critical.

If you’re interested, check it out here:

Thanks for reading 🙏
Happy to answer questions in the comments.
