Out there, what are your thoughts on transition into any of the specialization like front end engineer or backend engineer after having some good years of experience as FullStack engineer??</p> <p>What were your hurdles in selection of a specific role and what helped you into landing into that role??</p> <p>Currently I'm trying to transition myself from FullStack JS engineer to a backend engineer but the Job hunt had me feel I'm lacking in many ways.😇 </p> <p>Please do share your two cents...would be really helpful to figure out the grey areas</p> discuss hiring motivation help
