**# I Built a Weather & Rain Forecast App to Help People Stay Ahead of Changing Weather 🌦️

Hi DEV Community!

I'm Akshay Patil, an independent Android developer and founder of Akshuv Apps.

I've been working on Weather & Rain Forecast, a mobile application designed to help people stay informed about changing weather conditions and plan their everyday activities.

🌍 What does the app offer?

🌡️ Current temperature and weather conditions
🌧️ Rain forecasts to help users plan ahead
🌤️ Weather updates powered by OpenWeather data
📍 Location-based weather information
📱 A simple and user-friendly Android experience

🚀 Why I built it

Weather information plays an important role in everyday decisions, from commuting and travelling to outdoor activities.

I wanted to build a convenient mobile experience that makes weather information accessible and easy to understand.

🛠️ Technology and development

The application uses OpenWeather data to provide weather information. My focus has been on creating a practical Android experience and continuously improving the product.

💬 I'd love your feedback!

I'm interested in hearing from Android developers, designers and everyday weather-app users.

What features would make a weather app more useful?
What would improve your daily weather-checking experience?
What would you change about the user interface?

I'm building independently and would appreciate honest feedback from the global developer community.

Thanks for reading!
