Updated 2026-10-28.</p> <h2> What problem does it solve? </h2> <p>Before a reseller places an order, the client usually gets a price offer. The offer comes straight from the AliExpress cart: item names, quantities and prices, plus the reseller's markup. Typing that into a spreadsheet or an invoice template by hand is the step people keep postponing. Invoice Builder reads the cart instead of making you retype it.</p> <h2> How does it work? </h2> <ol> <li>Build your cart on AliExpress as usual.</li> <li>Click the extension button. All items are pulled into an editable commercial quote.</li> <li>Add markup, taxes and a discount, and switch the currency if needed.</li> <li>Fill in the sender and the client, and set the offer's expiry date.</li> <li>Add a logo. A payment QR code is generated from the first line of the notes field.</li> <li>Save the quote as a PDF or print it.</li> </ol> <p>The quote does not show your markup line, so the client sees the final price only.</p> <h2> Which carts can it read? </h2> <p>It reads carts on aliexpress.com, aliexpress.us and aliexpress.ru and their subdomains, including the regular cart and the Russian "Choice" mini-cart. One import takes up to 500 items; if the cart is bigger, the extension explains that instead of importing part of it. A field that can't be read is highlighted for manual entry, so a wrong value never slips into the quote silently.</p> <h2> How are currencies handled? </h2> <p>Conversion goes through Exchange Rate API. If a rate is missing, the extension asks you for it and never substitutes one. An optional currency buffer protects you against exchange-rate swings.</p> <h2> Where is my data stored? </h2> <p>In your browser. There is no account and no server: history, PDFs and cart restore all work locally. You can export and import everything as one backup file. Optional Google sign-in sync replaces the whole dataset and warns you before it overwrites local data.</p> <h2> What else is inside? </h2> <ul> <li>A lightweight CRM: saved clients, saved offers with full history, statuses draft / sent / paid, short statistics (how much is paid and how much is awaiting payment), search and filters.</li> <li>Cart restore: the items of a saved document are added back to your AliExpress cart. The extension clears the current cart first, asks for confirmation and shows a report afterwards.</li> <li>A business profile, logo, signature, payment terms and notes that fill every new document automatically, plus configurable numbering. The interface is available in English and Russian.</li> </ul> <h2> What are the limits? </h2> <ul> <li>The quote is bilingual (English and Russian, any currency).
