      <title>How to create this type of background on website?</title>

&lt;p&gt;It should work on cross all browsers, I can create it for Chrome, but on other browsers it doesn't work. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I tried to create a div with linear-gradient or radial-gradient with filter blur and backdrop blur and it doesn't work. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'll appreciate if anyone can help with this simple problem. &lt;/p&gt;
