Too often, senior developers flexed their knowledge on social platforms without ever lending a real helping hand. Newbies were left feeling invisible, unwelcome, and stuck.</p> <p>So, we decided to build our table.<br> We launched hands-on Vanilla Web Development live builds on Microsoft Teams — real projects, real code, real community. The response? Phenomenal. From Zimbabwe to East and West Africa, developers showed up ready to learn, create, and grow together.
