      <description>&lt;p&gt;I think the biggest mistake would be treating an AI agent like just another employee and giving it access to everything.&lt;br&gt;
For me, good &lt;a href="https://www.alphanext.tech/ai-consulting-ai-governance-services" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;AI governance&lt;/a&gt; is basically: give agents enough freedom to be useful, but never enough access to become unaccountable.&lt;/p&gt;
