The list price on a field sales software pricing page is the number a vendor wants you to compare. It is rarely the number you will pay. For a team of twenty reps the gap between the two comes from three places the pricing page does not put in large type: the seat minimum, the add-ons, and whether the advertised figure needs annual billing.

We read the pricing pages of eight field sales tools word for word between 18 and 29 July 2026 and published every figure with its source in a sourced field sales software price index. This post does one thing with that data: it turns each list price into a monthly bill for a 20-rep team.

Disclosure first: we build one of the eight tools, Lead Mapper, so read our own line with that in mind. Every other figure below is quoted from the vendor's own page.

The monthly bill for 20 reps

Badger Maps. Business is $58 per user per month billed annually, $69 monthly. Twenty reps on annual billing: $1,160 a month. Enterprise at $95 annual: $1,900. Records are capped at "Up to 2,000 records/accounts per license" on Business, which matters more for a 20-rep team than the price does. Full detail on our Badger Maps pricing breakdown.

SalesRabbit. Team is $59 per user per month. Twenty reps: $1,180. SalesRabbit is also the only vendor in the set that publishes its add-on prices, and they are per user. DataGrid AI is "$19 billed annually per user/month, $26 billed quarterly, $31 billed monthly"; Weather is priced the same; Digital Contracts is $13 annual or $20 monthly. A monthly Team seat with those three add-ons is $141, so the same 20 reps come to $2,820 a month. More on the SalesRabbit pricing page.

Leadbeam. Starter is $59 per rep per month annual, $89 monthly; Pro is $149 annual, $229 monthly. Twenty reps: $1,180 on Starter annual, $2,980 on Pro annual, $4,580 on Pro monthly. Every button on the page reads "Book a demo" or "Talk to sales".

Map My Customers. Industry Leader is $99 per user per month, annual only ("Plans are based on a 12-month commitment"), with a three-user minimum. Twenty reps: $1,980. Enterprise at $139 has a ten-user minimum: $2,780.

RepMove. The $54 Sales Pro plan is "For up to 10 users", so a 20-rep team lands on Accelerate at $80 annual, "For 11+ users": $1,600. This is the case where team size, not the headline price, picks the plan.

Route4Me. Not priced per seat at all: $199, $299 and $349 per month flat. The question for a 20-rep team is how many users each flat plan covers, which the pricing page does not settle.

SPOTIO. No published price. The page does publish "Minimum team size: 5+ field sales professionals", which a 20-rep team clears.

Lead Mapper. $27 per user per month, $47 on the AI tier, no seat minimum. Twenty reps: $540, or $940 on AI.

 What changes the number most

Three things moved the bill more than the list price did.

First, billing cadence. Leadbeam's Pro plan is $149 or $229 depending on it. Over twenty reps and twelve months that is $19,200 a year for the same software.

Second, plan gates by team size. RepMove's cheaper plan simply stops at ten users. Map My Customers' Enterprise tier starts at ten. For a team between 10 and 100 reps, the plan you are allowed to buy matters before the price does.

Third, per-user add-ons. A $19 add-on sounds small. Across twenty reps it is $380 a month, and SalesRabbit's page lists four of them.

Across the eight tools, a list price is published by six, a seat minimum by two, and add-on prices by exactly one. The two figures that decide a team's bill are the ones the category publishes least. That is the reason the price index scores what each vendor prints, not only what it charges.

 Before you sign

Ask each vendor five things in writing: the seat minimum, the add-on price per user, the monthly versus annual rate, the record or stop cap per licence, and what happens to the price at renewal. If you are comparing whole categories rather than prices, our review of the best field sales software in 2026 covers what each tool is built for.

Prices quoted verbatim from each vendor's public pricing page, read 18 to 29 July 2026. Vendors change prices; confirm before buying.
