Nevertheless, Patricia Coded

 I started/continued to code in 2019 because

There was a constant tug inside that I couldn’t ignore any longer. Trying to figure out which career choice to make and always being lead right back to coding. My love for Data is real and I knew that the only way to truly work with it in the way I was seeking was to take this journey No Shortcuts. I am currently learning python and I love every part of it and I won’t say it is easy but it’s worth it. I coded today and I felt pretty BadAss doing it!

 I deserve credit for

Inspiring those around me to reach inside and push themselves to be the best version they could be. Even when it seems so distant. It will take hard work, commitment, persistence and dedication but on the other side is greatness.

I hope to see my school/work/developer/tech community

Continue to grow and stick together to bring about a brighter future where the impossible is possible and where creativity is honored and encouraged.

Today is such an inspirational day and I knew that I needed to make the right move and say something:anything that would contribute to this amazing movement. Joining the WomenWhoCodeSquad is so epic and life changing to me!
Today I salute all the women who paved the way and continue to support one another along the way and a Huge Thank You to the men that stand with us. I Love You.
May we all see a more beautiful world filled with Equality on All Levels.
