It's no secret that Shopify stores can be visually appealing and user-friendly. However, if your store looks outdated and needs to convert better than it could be, it may be time for a redesign. This blog post will outline seven signs that your Shopify store needs a redesign. From low conversion rates to high cart abandonment rates, it may be time for a redesign if any of these signs are present.

If you're looking to take your Shopify store to the next level, contact our team of Shopify developers for help. We'll help you create a visually appealing and user-friendly store that converts better than ever.

 Low Conversion Rate

It's no secret that businesses need to increase their conversion rate to stay afloat. But unfortunately, many small and medium-sized companies need help with a low conversion rate, causing them significant problems.

1. Low Conversion Rate: A low conversion rate means your business needs to get the visitors it needs to convert them into customers. This can be due to several factors, such as an outdated design, a confusing navigation system, slow loading times, or intrusive popups.

2. High Bounce Rate: A high bounce rate means your customers leave your website right after visiting it for the first time. It is often caused by a confusing navigation system or missing vital pages crucial for converting visitors into customers.

3. Outdated design: An outdated design can also lead to high bounce rates because it's difficult for customers to find what they're looking for on your website. That can be especially problematic if you have a lot of different pages with unique content – people will quickly become lost and abandon your site altogether.

4. Lack of mobile optimization: If your website isn't optimized for mobile devices, then you're going to struggle with high bounce rates as well – people won't be able to access your content from their phones!

5 Missing key pages: Another common problem is failing to include any essential pages on your website – these might be the pages crucial for converting visitors into customers (such as the home page or product page). Potential customers will quickly lose interest without these pages and leave your site altogether.

6 Confusing navigation: A poorly designed navigation system can also lead to high bounce rates because people need help finding what they're looking for on your website. Navigation systems should be easy to use and straightforward so that users can handle navigating around them.

7 Slow loading time: Slow loading times can also cause high bounce rates because people don't want to wait long periods to view one page on your site. In addition, slow loading times make it difficult for users who are using mobile devices or tablets to access your content comfortably.

8 Intrusive popups: Pop-ups (or any other forms of intrusive advertising) can also lead to high bounce rates because they interrupt the user experience and make it difficult to browse around the site without being distracted. Thankfully, many solutions are available today that help reduces popup ads, which will ultimately help improve customer loyalty and engagement.

 Outdated Design

It's no secret that the eCommerce landscape is constantly changing. New companies are popping up daily, and old ones are falling by the wayside. If your store is over a few years old, it's time to refresh. A dated design can make it harder for customers to find what they're looking for, make your store look unprofessional, and even lead to lower sales.

But how do you know if your store needs a redesign? There are a few indicators that you should watch for:

● Your store's design is more than a few years old.
● Your products are challenging to find or browse through.
● Your shop looks similar to other stores in your industry.

If any of these things apply to you, it might be time for a change.

If you need to know whether or not your store needs a redesign, look at some of the other stores in your industry and see how they've done things. A fresh design can help you stand out from the competition and attract new customers. But don't forget – if you're still unsure whether or not it's time for a redesign, hiring an experienced eCommerce design agency can help get the job done right.

 High Cart Abandonment Rate

Shopping on the internet can be daunting, especially if you're shopping for something you need to learn more about. That's why it's important to have a well-designed Shopify store that caters to your needs. Unfortunately, many shops fail to meet this standard, and the reason is simple: user behavior has changed.

Today, users are more likely to abandon their shopping carts than ever. In fact, according to Shopify, High Cart Abandonment Rate is one of the top problems that stores face today. This high abandonment rate means customers spend less time on your website and more time looking for alternative stores. To combat this problem, you must change your design and checkout process.

Aesthetic changes are also significant when it comes to improving user experience. For example, ensure that all your content is easy to read and navigate, and ensure that all your images are retina-quality so they look sharp on devices like smartphones and tablets. In addition, make sure that all of your information is up-to-date – otherwise, users will become frustrated trying to find the information they're looking for.

Finally, optimizing your website for mobile devices is essential to improve mobile usability. It means ensuring everything works smoothly even when users are browsing from their phones or tablet. Poor user experience can lead customers away from your site altogether, so you must also take care of this aspect of your design!

 All In All

If your Shopify store suffers from any of the above issues, then it's time for a redesign. Luckily, we here at Arham Technosoft - The Top Shopify Development Company in the USA, are experts in Shopify store design and can help you get your store back on track.

As the world of eCommerce continues to grow, so does the need for Adobe Commerce (Magento) developers to create bespoke and innovative websites. However, with so many different developers working on different projects, it can take time to find the right one for your next project. You will learn some tips in this blog post about how to hire an Adobe Commerce (Magento) developer. We'll discuss the importance of looking for a Magento developer with years of experience, making sure they have a diverse skill set and finding a developer that is a good fit for your team and project. By following these tips, you'll be able to find the best Adobe Commerce (Magento) developer for your next project in no time.

Look For A Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer With Years Of Experience

When hiring an Adobe Commerce (Magento) developer, you want to ensure that you get the best possible person for the job. That's why looking for a developer with years of experience is important. Not only will this person have a lot of knowledge about Adobe Commerce (Magento), but they'll also be certified by Magento. It means that they have been through rigorous training and met the standards Magento set.

Choosing a Magento developer based on their certification level is another important consideration. Many businesses choose developers based on their certification level, so you must find one certified by Adobe Commerce (Magento). It will ensure compatibility and quality between your business and the developer you're working with.

Finally, always ask for samples of the developer's work before starting any project. That will give you a better idea of how they approach projects and what results in you can expect. You can also ask for references from past customers or clients who have worked with the developer. You want to ensure that you're working with someone reliable and competent – not just someone who claims to be those things!

Make Sure The Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer Has A Diverse Skill Set

When you're ready to hire a Magento developer for your next project, you must ensure they have a diverse skill set. The developer should have a strong understanding of the eCommerce platform and a deep understanding of using Magento's various features and extensions. As well as understanding front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, they should also be able to create custom modules and integrations. Further, Magento Developers should have knowledge of PHP and MySQL server-side technologies. By hiring someone with this skillset, you'll be able to ensure that your project moves forward smoothly and without any hitches.

Let's get started, shall we? Make your business successful by hiring a Magento Developer!

Find The Right Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer For Your Project

When hiring a Magento developer, go with something other than the cheapest option. Instead, make sure that the developer you choose understands Adobe Commerce well (Magento). Not only will this ensure that your project runs smoothly, but they can also assist you with future updates and modifications to the software.

Another key consideration when hiring a Magento developer is whether or not they are a good fit for your team. You don't want to bring on someone who is difficult to work with or doesn't share your same vision for the project. Instead, find someone who is honest and communicative – two qualities that are important when it comes to any project.

Finally, remember referrals! Businesses often know other businesses that have hired great Magento developers and are happy to share their contact information with you. Plus, reviews can be invaluable for finding the right developer for your next project. By reading reviews and researching, you'll be able to make an informed decision about who is best suited for your needs.

 In A Nutshell

If you're looking to hire a Magento developer, following these tips will help you find the right person for the job. With years of experience and a diverse skill set, the right Magento developer can take your online store to new heights.

We'll also provide solutions to each of these challenges so that you can successfully start and continue your Shopify dropshipping business. Finally, we'll offer tips on finding the right Shopify development company to help you overcome these challenges and start or continue your successful Shopify dropshipping business.

What Are The Challenges For Shopify Dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a great way to start your own business, but it comes with challenges. This article will outline some of the most common challenges that Shopify dropshippers face. By understanding these challenges, you can start to address them and improve your store's efficiency.

When it comes to finding suitable suppliers, dropshippers face several difficulties. First, finding suppliers willing to deal exclusively with dropshipping can be challenging. Second, it cannot be easy to negotiate better shipping rates with carriers since they're usually charged per item shipped rather than per order. Third, costs associated with dropshipping can be high – especially if you're dealing with high-end products. Finally, inventory management can be time-consuming, and Complications in tracking payments can make finances difficult to manage.

Despite these challenges, there are many ways that Shopify dropshippers can overcome them and achieve success in their business. By leveraging analytics for efficiency gains and negotiating better shipping rates with carriers, for example, shop owners have achieved significant success. However, even with the right strategy, there is always room for improvement. That's why staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments is essential to continue improving your business.

What Are The Solutions To Overcome Shopify Dropshipping Challenges?

Dropshipping is a great way to start your own business, but it has its challenges. In this section, we're going to outline some of the most common dropshipping challenges and discuss solutions for overcoming them.

One of the new entrepreneurs' most significant challenges when dropshipping is finding the right products to sell. It's essential to choose products that are interesting and useful to your target audience. Still, it's also important to make sure that you're selling products that are affordable and easy to ship. You can maximize profits while avoiding costly mistakes by focusing on these two factors.

Another common challenge is managing customer service and order fulfillment. With a small business, it can take time to keep up with demand and handle problems quickly. Fortunately, several strategies are available for optimizing customer service and order fulfillment – from using automation tools to working with a third-party order fulfillment company.

Taxes and regulations can also be a significant challenge for entrepreneurs in the dropshipping industry. If you need to become more familiar with tax laws or regulations in your country, it's essential to consult an accountant or lawyer before starting your business. By following best practices for taxes and compliance, you can reduce costs and risks associated with dropshipping while running a successful store.

What Benefits Come From Hiring A Shopify Development Company?

There's no question that a great Shopify development platform is essential for any store looking to succeed online. Final Thoughts

Dropshipping can be a great way to get your business off the ground and start earning profits, but it's important to understand the potential challenges that come with it. The most common challenges include finding reliable suppliers, managing inventory and shipping, and dealing with customer service. Fortunately, these issues can be overcome by leveraging the right technology and services, such as a Shopify development company. A reputable Shopify development company can help you streamline your dropshipping process, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your business. You can easily overcome common dropshipping obstacles by leveraging their expertise in developing custom solutions for eCommerce stores and implementing automated processes for inventory management and shipping logistics.

React vs. Svelte: which framework to use in 2022?

The field of web application development technologies is constantly evolving with the proliferation of time. With the evolution, there has been a constant struggle between two big platforms to prove who is better in performance comparison. And the story of Svelte Vs. React is no different.

As JavaScript frameworks, React and Svelte both have their advantages.

In recent years, ReactJS has been the authority on JavaScript libraries. But over the past few months, Svelte js has established itself as an effective alternative and caught the tech world's attention. Although Sveltejs is similar to React, it has a different approach to managing web pages in its development phase.

So, in this article, we will compare Svelte and React on different metrics, and we will understand which one is better. We will also look at some of the salient features of both frameworks.

 Contents:

**

What is React?
What is Svelte?
React vs. Svelte: technical comparison
When to use React and when to use Svelte?
React vs. Svelte: Verdict
**

 What is React?

Long story short, React is a well-established JavaScript library created by Facebook in 2011.

The library was made open-source in 2013 and quickly rose to the top of the popularity charts. Widely hailed as the most popular library for building complex yet lightweight single-page applications and radical interactive user interfaces, React has managed to capture millions of developers' hearts worldwide. And for a good reason.

Its main advantages include a relatively flat learning curve, great flexibility, and ease of SEO thanks to fast rendering. The most important is the one that allows you to reduce development costs.

 Is React well for business?

With React, you get a stable, rock-solid platform that won't suddenly go away one day. The longer answer is a bit more complicated.

First of all, as mentioned above, React is here to stay. It has been around for a decade, and its demand continues to grow. Not only is it constantly evolving, but it is still one of the most popular frameworks.

With React, you don't have to worry about switching frameworks and rehiring or retraining specialists every two years, making it a stable choice for the future.

Other than that, React also lets you create a product that works on any device and is super SEO-friendly, making it easier for you to generate more organic traffic.

Finally, React specialists are just a lot easier to find, and the demand for them seems to be growing.

Additionally, React developers are exceptionally happy with this framework, which means it's easier to find employees who are more likely to enjoy what they do.

So, if you plan it correctly, you can save a lot of time and money by scaling your product and adapting it to the needs of your users.

What is particularly important is that React offers many ready-to-use components that can be used to build the most complex applications using simple blocks of code. Members are further divisible into smaller sub-components which can also be transferred between projects, saving a lot of time and effort.

Since components and subcomponents are only responsible for a tiny part of the application, you can build your applications by mixing and reusing them endlessly.

No wonder it remains the most regularly used JavaScript framework.
If you want to know more about the business side of things, we've created a comprehensive FAQ that should answer all your questions in more detail.

Now let's move on to Svelte.

 What is Svelte?

It is a free, open-source, component-based front-end framework that works like a compiler. It sprung up in response to more traditional frameworks, like React, which do most of their magic in a browser.

Svelte is unlike anything we've seen, which has pros and cons. but rest assured, it's mostly pros!

 Is Svelte good for business?

Considering that Svelte has been around for 7 years, it would be unfair to say it's a new platform.

How does Svelte improve development costs?

Svelte is fast and outperforms all other frameworks, including Angular, Vue, and React.

A key distinction between React and Svelte is that Svelte works more like a compiler, while React is more of a regular JavaScript library.

Unlike React, which leverages a virtual DOM to decompose application code at runtime, Svelte does most of its work during the compilation stage that takes place during the build.
Svelte demonstrated that exceptional performance could be achieved without the virtual DOM and decided to eliminate it. A bold decision that paid off in terms of performance.

What does this mean for development costs? Well, you get a more capable platform that, used correctly, can deliver faster results.

By hiring a Svelte engineer, you will experience a dramatic reduction in time to market without losing much, if any, in quality.

Svelte plays in its backyard when it comes to building high-quality, responsive websites in record time.

The small size of the entire framework makes sites more responsive, resulting in a smooth end product that will satisfy even the most demanding customer.

 React vs. Svelte: technical comparison

React vs. Svelte: Performance
With Svelte, you can easily compile and turn all your UI components into super-clean code that will directly update the DOM.

Unlike more traditional JS frameworks, like React or Vue, which break down application code at runtime using a virtual DOM, Svelte does most of its work during the compilation stage, which takes place during construction.

In short, Svelte can save money, which makes it extremely fast and responsive.

But, realistically, is React that far behind? As you already know, React is a library that uses the virtual DOM, while Svelte acts as a compiler. But first, let's step back for a moment and quickly recap what DOM and VDOM are.

What is DOM?

DOM, or Document Object Model, is a standardized programming interface that connects JavaScript to HTML. It represents the entire HTML, XML, or XHTML document in a tree structure where each node represents an HTML element.

In classic web development, each node can be manipulated directly using document methods, such as Document.getElementById().

The web browser workflow should go through parsing the HTML to produce a DOM tree structure using a rendering engine like Mozilla's Gecko or Apple's Webkit. Then it has to parse the CSS and apply the CSS to the HTML to render the tree and paint it on the browser.

But we all know this method is not optimal and takes too much time. And that's exactly where VDOM comes in.

What is VDOM?

If you were using the real DOM, every change you made would trigger an update, slowing down app performance.
Virtual DOM solves this problem, resulting in faster rendering time and improved performance.

VDOM is a virtual representation of the DOM and acts as a temporary memory for all user interface changes. Instead of updating and slowing you down every time you make a change, it delays the update process until it finds the most efficient way to edit and make the DOM real (also known as reconciliation or diffusion process).

In essence, the virtual DOM is a lightweight representation of the DOM. It's never rendered because it's just a Javascript tree data structure, making it much faster.

How is Svelte able to work even faster?

It simply ignores the VDOM and does not use any virtual DOM differentiation. In more technical terms, it works like a compiler.

With React, developers only have to declare the result, and it takes care of the rest. It is unnecessary to describe each step of the process, which is convenient. React works on a schedule, updating components at the most optimal time.

Svelte may not use a VDOM, but it seems to work similarly. It updates the DOM whenever a component's step is changed, but only if an assignment triggers the change. In Svelte, DOM rendering is done through reactive programming, which makes it faster than VDOM.

React vs. Svelte: Is one system more responsive than another?
Compared to React, Svelte can be considered more responsive because it is a serverless-first framework.

Both have advantages, but Svelte is a bit ahead in responsiveness.

Svelte is a compiler that turns it into JavaScript code when it builds an application.

That means it doesn't need to add any extra code to run in the browser when your app updates the DOM, making the whole process nice and smooth.

 React vs. Svelte: Bundle Size

Another interesting aspect of Svelte is that its bundle size is much smaller than React, which is key in loading time and UI rendering time.

The GZIP version of Svelte is 1.6 KB, while the GZIP version of React is 42.2 KB (with ReactDOM included).

 React vs. Svelte: Testing

With Svelte, you can use the Svelte test library to perform unit tests. The library has much less complex calculations and is smaller than React, so if you're looking for cleaner, less bloated, and over-engineered code, Svelte will give you that.

With React, you can test an entire application in a realistic browser environment (so-called end-to-end testing), which can significantly reduce time to market and increase the overall value of the application.

 React vs. Svelte: Code maintainability

Svelte's code is more readable and easier to maintain than React's. When talking about Svelte, its structure is much more fluid, which is very useful when you have to define hundreds of components.

React is incredibly convenient for using different parts of code in separate projects, which can greatly improve teamwork and code sharing. When you hire new React developers, you can count on them getting up to speed with the code very quickly, saving the whole team a lot of time and effort.

React vs. Svelte: Ease of Use

Svelte has done a good job of simplifying and clearing up the mess that some frameworks can overwhelm us. Most of what we see in Svelte is reminiscent of classic web development patterns, simply using JS, HTML, and CSS.

React requires more advanced programming knowledge, like JSX and CSS-in-JS, to create the simplest interfaces.

When to use React and when to use Svelte?

ReactJS remains a must-have library.
Svelte has a shorter learning curve than React. It also has cleaner code and is more intuitive. Svelte, which offers improved loading and rendering times, is the best choice for creating simple websites and applications.

Plus, styling on Svelte is a snap and the apps you create run smoothly. On the one hand, Svelte is more suitable for beginners, as it is easier to learn and understand. On the other hand, React is a much more popular and well-established platform and almost unlimited resources. Svelte's Reddit community is comparatively small, but its members are active and always ready to help.

It's also much easier to find experienced React developers, as there are so many of them.

Use React whenever you want:

Have access to the community ready for brainstorming

Use different parts of code in separate projects

Find developers more easily

have more stability

Use Svelte whenever you want

Get a project with a smaller bundle size

Have a code that is easier to maintain

Achieve exceptional performance without the virtual DOM

Prepare a website faster

 React vs. Svelte: Verdict

Some believe that Svelte is the future, but this claim is bold, given the gap between it and cutting-edge JavaScript libraries like React.

Svelte is truly a one-of-a-kind platform that continues to grow in popularity daily. Many experienced developers find it revolutionary and migrate to it after years of using other, more established platforms, such as React, Angular, or jQuery.

For an experienced JS developer, Svelte could be a great place to experiment, find inspiration, and maybe learn something new.
On the other hand, React is incredibly flexible and can be used to develop applications or other interfaces on many different platforms. Despite Svelte's easier learning curve, beginners should probably take React's "learn once, write anywhere" slogan to heart and start there.

React is a safer bet for anyone looking for a well-established framework with a rich community behind it. Svelte is a wonderful option for those with experience and leeway looking for a platform to help them optimize their work even more.

A week ago, I was contacted by an acquaintance of a friend. This chick was aiming to launch her online store and needed some advice. As soon as she arrives home, she immediately mentions the two solutions they plan to choose to create their e-commerce site: Wix or Shopify.

But at the end, which platform is the best solution for your needs? Is it better to choose Wix vs. Shopify to create your e-commerce site? What are their advantages and disadvantages, depending on your situation?

I have worked in e-commerce development platforms for several years. I have supported startups, SMEs, and freelancers setting up their businesses by trying to earn a little money to supplement their ends of the month. Whether it's Wix or Shopify, I'll give you the keys to making the right decision.

Summary of my opinion:
You don't have an aquaponic lesson, and you don't have time to read my full article, in which I give you my most objective opinion possible to help you choose Wix or Shopify. Do not panic; here is the summary of this article.

Wix, a solution for beginners

Wix is a good solution for creating a static site that will allow you, for example, to present your company, its services, and your teams. This solution mainly aims at people who manage a service company or association.

When it comes to selling online and therefore opening an online store, Wix is a good solution if you only have a few products to offer to Internet users. Indeed, Wix offers the possibility of opening an online store in just a few clicks thanks to its solution for creating e-commerce sites.

However, having a product catalog of more than 30 different products will quickly become complicated to manage on the Wix interface. Indeed, it will be complicated to administer the products correctly when you have many of them.

So, when should you use Wix to create an e-commerce site? If you plan to sell only a few products (from 1 to 30 products), this will allow you to get started quickly (and for only €20 per month – when Shopify costs €29 excl. tax/month – i.e., €35 incl. tax + 2% commission on the CA).

Shopify, an e-commerce solution to challenge

Shopify is the world leader in the creation of online stores by subscription. Its attractive price (€29 per month + 2% commission on the turnover achieved) makes it an attractive solution for budding e-merchants who want to get started at a lower cost.

The advantage of Shopify compared to Wix is its ability to manage large catalogs of products. Indeed, many e-commerce sites today have catalogs of hundreds of products and use Shopify to sell online. Another advantage of Shopify, it is possible to open an online store without embarking on the development of a tailor-made store (like on Prestashop, for example).

The problem with Shopify is that this solution takes commission fees on all your sales. This amount varies depending on the package you take, but it starts at 2%. Thus, if you sell 100€ of goods, Shopify will take 2€ from this sale (in addition to the subscription or hiring a Shopify developer for your online stores)

 Wizishop, the USA challenger

Note, however, that at Shopify, I still prefer the USA solution Wizishop, which has, in my opinion, several advantages:
It is 100% USA(located in Nice), and therefore your site will already be in the USA, as well as the after-sales service if you need a hand to open/manage your shop. The technical documentation is in the USA.

Wizishop offers its customers a video training catalog to help e-merchants who are starting to develop their online store and their sales. These training courses are offered and are very well done, which will help you to get started, especially if you haven't sold on the internet yet.

The price is €27 excl. VAT/month, which is €2 cheaper than Shopify. So, if you plan to sell more than 30 different products, choose Wizishop rather than Shopify.

Wix vs. Shopify, which e-commerce solution to choose?

When choosing a solution to create an e-commerce site, it is important to take stock of your skills, knowledge, and technical needs.

In this case, Wix and Shopify are two very popular solutions for entrepreneurs because they allow you to launch a site quickly without technical skills.

But is it better to choose Wix or Shopify? Here are some answers that should help you make your choice (knowing there are no right or wrong answers).

Wix, an e-commerce solution for beginners

A few years ago, I would have laughed in your face if you had told me about Wix creating an online store. Indeed, at the time, Wix was a solution mainly known for creating a presentation site for a company or an association but not an e-commerce site.

However, over the years, Wix has made great progress in criteria that are very important for a merchant site:

In terms of functionalities for managing a catalog of products, Wix has made progress. So, if you plan to sell a few products (about thirty), the Wix solution will be more than enough.
In terms of natural referencing, i.e., the optimization of the store to appear in the first results of Google, again, Wix has made great progress for many years.

And, of course, Wix has kept its simplicity: if you need to create a store quickly and without technical skills, it will be largely possible in just a few hours!

How much does it cost to open an online store with Wix?

The big advantage of Wix, especially if you plan to sell a few products, is its price. Indeed, Wix e-commerce costs €20 per month, while Shopify will cost you €29 excl. VAT/month (i.e., almost €35/month) + 2% of the turnover achieved.

If you are new to e-commerce, this solution can allow you to test your business without investing too much money in the development of a store (as can be the case with Prestashop). Indeed, for 240€ per year, you will have a shop that holds up to see if you manage to develop your turnover.

Be careful. Once your product catalog grows or your turnover increases, you will have to think about switching to a more robust solution such as Shopify or Prestashop.

Shopify, the world leader in SAAS e-commerce solutions

On the other hand, Shopify is a Canadian solution that has taken off for several years. Based on an increasingly used Shopify development language, this solution is the world leader in opening an online store in SAAS format.

What is a SAAS solution?

SAAS stands for Software As A Service. Understand software accessible from your internet browser and therefore does not need to be installed on your computer.

Is this good?

Inevitably, if this solution is ahead of all the others in the world, it is because it is effective. Shopify has successfully created a solution that allows anyone to create an online store without technical skills.

So, by using a free theme (design) or buying one to make your store look more like what you would like it to be, you will be able to have a professional-looking store for just a few hundred euros a year.

 What's wrong with Shopify?

The real problem with Shopify comes from its business model. Indeed, in addition to a subscription of $29 excl. VAT/month, Shopify takes a percentage of the number of sales generated by your store. This amount varies depending on your selected plan, starting at 2%.

It may not seem like much, but when you add the 2% that your e-commerce payment solution will charge, you are already losing 4% of your margin due to these commissions.

But then what to do? Wix or Shopify?

If you only plan to sell a few products, Wix can do the job. Shopify will allow you to create an online store with a larger and more professional product catalog.

Whatever happens, these two solutions will offer you the advantage of investing little money in developing your online store and requiring almost no technical skills.

Whatever solution you choose, know that it is essential to invest the bulk of your available budget in acquiring a stock of products, especially in communication, to make your online store known. Because that's what is the most complicated in e-commerce: letting all Internet users know that your shop exists!

Once you make €10,000 in monthly turnover, you will then have the means to invest a few thousand euros in developing a store with a proprietary solution (you rent a store on Shopify, from where commission fees), for example, with Prestashop.

Last advice

You will have understood the difference between Wix and Shopify. I tell you that Wix is not bad to start and that Shopify will allow you to manage a large catalog of products. However, if your heart leans more towards Shopify, I would advise you to look closely at the solution Wizishop.

Why? Here are the 3 main reasons

Wizishop offers the same services as Shopify but has the advantage of being USA. Thus, if you encounter problems with your store, you will have to deal with the after-sales service team in Nice. And besides, all the information and technical documentation are available in the USA, which is not the case for Shopify. In addition, the price of Wizishop is €27 excl. VAT/month compared to $29 for Wizishop. That's 2€ savings, but it's still taken.

But above all, what makes me recommend Wizishop rather than Shopify is the free training offered by Wizishop to its users. Aware that its interest is to keep as many e-merchants as subscribers to its solution, Wizishop has developed several video training modules that it makes available to its customers free of charge.

The program of this video training: how to create your shop, advertise on Facebook, optimize your natural referencing, etc. Through this training, the idea is that e-merchants get trained, be more efficient, therefore make more sales and remain subscribed to their solution.

So, take advantage of the training, develop your skills, and store, and when you make €10,000 monthly turnover, you can say goodbye to Wizishop or Shopify and the commissions they take on each sale.

Shopify is one of the most popular ecommerce platforms in the world, and for a good reason. It's user friendly, scalable, and has a wide range of features that can help businesses of all sizes succeed online. If you're looking to start a career in Shopify development or are curious about what the future of Shopify development looks like, this blog post is for you. This post will look at the Shopify Developer Roadmap for 2022. We'll cover everything from the top 10 tools and resources Shopify developers need to succeed to the skills you'll need to get hired. So, without further ado, let's get started.

(Image Suggestion: A roadmap for Shopify development for the next few years, with highlights for 2022 highlighted in red.)

Shopify Developer Roadmap For The Ultimate Guide

If you're considering hiring a Shopify developer, then the Shopify Developer Roadmap for 2022 is your ultimate guide. This roadmap covers everything from finding and qualifying developers to onboarding and training them. So whether you're just starting or looking to improve your process, this roadmap has everything you need.

The roadmap starts with finding the right developers. There are a few things you need to look for when vetting potential developers:

-Experience working with Shopify

-An understanding of ecommerce platform architecture

-A track record of completing projects on time and within budget

Next, you'll need to assess their skills and expertise. It involves interviewing them as well as checking their online portfolios and references. Once you've decided which candidates to interview, you must onboard them quickly and efficiently. That means creating a development environment that's both safe and conducive to learning. Shopify Store Back Up - How To Do It

Backing up your Shopify store is one of the most important things you can do to protect your business. This blog post will show you how to back up your Shopify store when to do it, and where to store your backups. We'll also share some tips for making sure your backups are effective.

Why You Should Back Up Your Shopify Store

Likely, you don't think much about backing up your Shopify store if you are like most merchants. After all, it's just a website. Wrong! Your shop is a valuable asset and should be treated as such. Here are three reasons why you should back up your Shopify store:

1) If something goes wrong with your site, back up your data so that you can continue operations without interruption. It includes everything from product data to sales records to customer information.

2) Backing up your site will assist you in taking legal action if your site is stolen or copied by someone. The source material gives you more evidence to support your case.

3) A backup will also help if something happens to your computer – like a hard drive crash – and you need to restore your site from its backup file.

Backing up your Shopify store can be done in several ways. Regularly backing up all of your server's files is the easiest way to do this. You can also use tools like Google Drive or Dropbox to make backups of specific files or folders on your server. And finally, you can use third-party storage services like Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) or Google Cloud Storage (GCP). Each option has its benefits and drawbacks, so choosing one that works best for you and your business is important.

How To Back Up Your Shopify eCommerce Store

If you run a shop on Shopify, you know it's important to keep your data safe. Keeping your store backed up regularly is important. The following three methods will help you achieve this:

1. Use Shopify's Data Export Tool

Shopify has a handy data export tool that makes it easy to back up your store. To use this tool, first, ensure that you have the latest version of the Shopify app installed on your computer. Then, open the app and go to Stores > Your Store. Under "Data," click on the button labeled "Export Data." In the next window, select which fields you want to include in your export (e.g., products, customers, orders), and then click OK. You can also choose which folders to export your data into (e.g., My Documents). Once you've made all these selections, click Save and Close.

2. Use the Business Manager App

The Business Manager app is another great way to back up your store. To use this app, first, make sure that you have the latest version installed on your computer (it's available for both macOS and Windows). Then, open the app and go to Stores > Your Store. Under "Data," click on "Backup & Restore." That will open a new window where you can select which fields you want to include in your Backup (e.g., products, customers, orders). You can also choose which folders to export your data into (e.g., My Documents). Once you've made all these selections, click Backup Now and close the window.

3. Use FileVault or Time Machine

If none of these options works for you—or if they're not convenient—you can always use FileVault or Time Machine on your Mac or Windows PC, respectively. These tools will protect all of your files by encrypting them with a password before storing them offline.

When To Back Up Your Shopify Store

When backing up your Shopify store, there is no one-size-fits-all answer. However, some general guidelines can help you stay safe and protect your data.

Generally speaking, you should back up your store at least once monthly. It includes both the primary and backup stores. When backing up your store, include all important data, including products, customers, orders, and settings. You can also restore a backup on Shopify by following these steps:

1) Log in to your Shopify account.

2) Click on "Shops."

3) Under "Store Information," click on "Backups."

4) Select the Backup you want to restore.

5) Follow the prompts.

You can use a few different methods to back up your store. One approach is to use Shopify's built-in backup feature. It allows you to create backups of your data automatically every day. You can also use an online backup service like Dropbox or Google Drive to make copies of your store files. If you have multiple stores, it's recommended that you back them up separately so that if one store goes down, you still have access to the data for the other stores.

Another important thing to remember when backing up your shop is to keep a copy of all the passwords for your customers and orders. If something happens and you need to recover your store from a backup, having these passwords will help you do so. Finally, ensure enough storage space on your computer if an unexpected file increase prompts you to take another backup.

Where To Back Up Your Shopify Store

Keeping copies of your data safe is important if you run a Shopify store. That includes backups of your Shopify store if something happens and you need to restore your site.

There are a few different ways to back up your Shopify store:

Using the built-in backup feature

Using an external backup service

Uploading your data to a cloud storage service

There are a few different ways to back up your Shopify store. The built-in backup feature allows you to create a manual or scheduled backup of your Shopify site. You can also use an external backup service, such as Crashplan or Backblaze, to back up your data automatically. Alternatively, you can upload your data to a cloud storage service like Dropbox or Google Drive. Choose whichever option is best for you.

Tips For Backing Up Your Online Shopify Store

When it comes to backing up your Shopify store, there are a few things you should keep in mind. First and foremost, use a third-party backup solution. This way, you'll have peace of mind that your data is safe and secure no matter what happens. Additionally, set up automatic backups, so your store is always updated with the latest changes. And finally, test your backups regularly to ensure they're working properly. Having a plan for recovering from a data loss is also important—know how you would restore your store if something went wrong.

Many eCommerce stores are built on Shopify, making it one of the most popular eCommerce platforms available. However, Shopify is not the only option for eCommerce stores. WordPress is also available and can be a good choice for some. One of the main differences between Shopify and WordPress is that Shopify uses snippets to create websites, while WordPress uses sections. What are snippets and sections, and how do they differ? In this article, we will explore the difference between snippets and sections, and how they can be a good choice for your eCommerce website.

When building an online store, you'll inevitably come across a decision about whether to use Shopify sections or snippets. These two tools are both incredibly useful, and with the help of the following article, you'll be able to determine which one is the best fit for your store.

What is a snippet?

Shopify snippets are a way to add content to any page on a Shopify store. They are located on the right-hand side of the page and are a great way to add content quickly.
