Why I built an AI meeting follow-up tool that understands Hinglish

Most meetings end the same way: everyone agrees on next steps, and a week later nobody remembers who promised what. In Indian teams it's even harder, because half the commitments sound like "main kal tak bhej dunga".

So I built Notemaker (https://notemaker.autobot360.com/).

What it does

Joins Google Meet, Zoom or Teams as a visible bot (it posts a recording notice, never records silently), or you paste a transcript / upload audio

Finds real commitments, not just discussion, and gives each one an owner, a deadline and the exact quote it came from

Converts "Friday" or "kal tak" into real dates; unclear owners or dates are flagged for review, never guessed

Syncs tasks two-way to Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp or Google Sheets

Reminds owners on Slack, Teams, WhatsApp or email, then alerts the organizer if a task is 48h overdue

Keeps a searchable decision log, plus a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server

Languages: English, Hindi and Hinglish, even when speakers switch mid-sentence.

Pricing: free plan with no card; Pro is ₹999/month ($12).

I'd love feedback from anyone who runs a lot of meetings. What makes follow-ups fall through the cracks for your team?

How to turn your website into an Android app for free in 2026

Your customers spend most of their phone time inside apps, not browsers. A cafe, clinic, coaching institute, or Shopify store with its own icon on the home screen gets remembered, and with push notifications it can bring people back. The good news for 2026: if you already have a mobile-friendly website, you don't need a ₹2-lakh app agency to get an Android app.

Option 1: Build a WebView wrapper yourself

Android's WebView component can load your website inside a native app shell. You install Android Studio, create an empty project, add a WebView pointing at your URL, set up a back-button handler and file uploads, generate a signing key, and build a release APK. It's free, but expect a weekend of setup if you've never touched Gradle, and you have to repeat the signing and build steps for every change.

Option 2: Make your site a PWA

Add a web manifest and a service worker and Chrome will offer "Install app". It costs nothing and updates instantly. The downsides are discoverability (no APK to share on WhatsApp, and Play Store listing needs extra tooling such as Bubblewrap) and limited native features.

Option 3: Use an online converter

This is the fastest route for non-developers. I use WebToApp (https://web2app.autobot360.com/), which I built for exactly this problem:

Open the site and paste your website URL.

Set the app name and icon.

Download a signed Android APK, free.

Install it on your phone, test it, and share the APK with customers or staff.

If you later want to be on Google Play, the Pro plan (about ₹200/app/month, or ₹1,199 for 6 months) produces the Play Store AAB format, plus an iOS IPA, push notifications, and other native features. Google charges its own one-time $25 developer fee for publishing.

 Before you convert: a checklist

Mobile-first site: the app is your site, so fix layout, tap targets, and speed first. Run Lighthouse.

Login and checkout: test them inside the app, especially payment gateway redirects and UPI intents.

Icon: a 512×512 PNG with a simple, bold mark.

Offline and errors: decide what users see when there's no network.

Play Store policy: Google rejects "thin" apps. Add value through push notifications, a native-feeling navigation bar, or app-only offers.

 Who this works best for

Local businesses whose customers reorder (bakeries, pharmacies, salons)

Shopify and WooCommerce stores that want repeat buyers via push

Coaches and institutes with student portals

Agencies that want to bundle an "app" with client websites

Indie makers who built a web app with no-code or AI tools and want it on phones

When not to use a wrapper

If your product needs heavy offline use, complex animations, or deep device APIs (Bluetooth, background location), you want a native build in Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin.

 Wrapping up

In 2026, getting your website onto Android is a 5-minute job, not a 5-month project. Start with a free APK, put it in front of real customers, and only pay for Play Store or iOS once the app proves itself. Common questions about signing, updates, and publishing are answered in the FAQ: https://web2app.autobot360.com/#faq
