Three agents on one checkout fight over branches, node_modules, ports and the dev database. agentbox is a small open-source Go tool: agentbox new feature-x gives a task its own git worktree, free ports, a copy of the database, its own env file and a running dev server in under a minute, with a web dashboard, a terminal UI and a macOS app. Here is why I built it, how it works, and what I learned shipping it on 23 real repos.
