      <description>&lt;p&gt;So like I applied for Computer Science in my university but I wasn't able to get it but they advised to switch my course to Management Information System(MIS) because it's very similar to Computer Science. I want to know whether I can still be a programmer or a developer with an MIS degree?&lt;/p&gt;
