Stop bookmarking 20 different tabs. I built a single dashboard for all your everyday web utilities. 🚀

Hey everyone! 👋

As developers, our bookmarks bar is usually cluttered with single-purpose websites. We have one tab for merging PDFs, another for converting images to WebP, a third one for formatting JSON, and maybe a couple more for quick calculations or SEO checks.

A few months ago, I got tired of jumping between 20 different tabs just to get simple everyday tasks done. I wanted something clean, fast, and centralized.

Since I couldn't find exactly what I needed, I decided to build it myself.

Meet Uptooly — a lightweight, all-in-one web application that brings over 22+ premium utilities into a single, cohesive dashboard.

 🧰 What exactly is Uptooly?

The core philosophy behind Uptooly is simplicity and speed. There are no sign-ups, no email walls, and absolutely no hidden premium tiers. You just open the site, use the tool you need, and close the tab.

I have categorized the current set of tools into 5 main groups:

📄 PDF Tools: Merge, split, rotate, and compress PDF files quickly.

🖼️ Image Utilities: Convert images to modern formats like WebP, PNG, or JPG, and resize them on the fly.

📊 Quick Calculators: Essential financial, math, and unit conversion tools.

🔍 SEO Helpers: Analyze meta tags, check sitemaps, and view basic website health.

💻 Developer Basics: JSON formatters, Base64 encoders/decoders, Hash generators, and URL encoders.

 🔒 Privacy & Performance

Since these are tools you might throw sensitive files at (like PDFs or client images), I wanted to make sure everything feels safe. The data processing is designed to be highly secure, handling your files quickly right inside your web browser.

The UI is built to be completely mobile-responsive, so it works just as smoothly on a smartphone or tablet as it does on a dual-monitor desktop setup.

💬 I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Building the initial version was the easy part; now I want to make it actually useful for the community.

As fellow creators and developers, I’d highly value your feedback:

Are there any specific developer tools or calculators you find yourself using daily that are missing here?

How does the overall UX feel to you?

If you have a minute, please check out uptooly.com and let me know your thoughts or feature requests in the comments below.

Cheers! 🍻
