Thailand runs on Indochina Time (Asia/Bangkok, UTC+7) all year, with no daylight saving. The UK switches: British Summer Time (BST, UTC+1) from late March to late October, then GMT (UTC+0) for the winter. So the gap you add to a UK kickoff time is not constant.

Simple rule:

During BST (August to late October, and late March to May): add 6 hours.

During GMT (late October to late March): add 7 hours.

Examples: a 15:00 Saturday kickoff in August is 21:00 in Bangkok. The same 15:00 kickoff in January is 22:00. A 12:30 early game in December starts at 19:30 Thai time, and a 20:00 Monday night match in February is 03:00 on Tuesday here, so check the date as well as the clock.

Licensed ways to watch in Thailand include beIN Sports, True (True Vision / TrueID), AIS PLAY and MONOMAX, depending on which rights package covers the competition that season.

For the raw data I use two pages: Goal.si livescore and fixtures for kickoff times and live results, and Goal.si broadcast listings to see which Thai channel or app is carrying a given match. Sports information only.
