      <title>I Turned The Support Machine for AI Into a Book</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;For technical customer-facing teams:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I published The Support Machine for AI as a book, but also as a GitHub repo, Markdown source, PDF, and AI skill.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The experiment is that the work should not only be readable. It should be usable by agents. The same material can be read as a manuscript, inspected as source, or used to create operating artifacts like launch runbooks, vendor scorecards, shadow-run plans, and first-30-days reviews.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In short: I tried to make the book executable.&lt;/p&gt;
