I need to make a website and I have to make it work with mobile view. Here are the requirements:

"Designs need to be mobile compatible between the widths of 320px and 420px in portrait mode, and up to 810px in landscape."

I am struggling on making it like this however, I am learning and becoming more aware on creating more mobile friendly websites.

Thanks!

How to know what code to use?

I have been self-taught since December of 2019. I have a couple projects I want to build ground up.

MY QUESTIONS:

How do programmers best plan the designs for their ideas? I am not at all creative when it comes to layouts and colours so for now I ask my best-friend (she's not a programmer), to help me out with that😂

Is it normal for me starting out to be referring lots to google, stack overflow, etc. Just trying to figure out the best code to implement?

How do experienced programmers just know how what code to write and barely have to reference; and what are things I can work on so I can work towards be a bit more like that?

If you have answers or tips to any or all the questions, that would be great!
Thanks

How can I understand JS?

So I have been learning JS for a little over a week. I have been using W3Schools, FreeCodeCamp, and YouTube tutorials, and StackOverFlow, and of course, DEV. I am having a hard time understanding how and when to know what code to use when making websites.

MY QUESTION:
What are some things you have done to better study and help retain and practice JS, as a beginner?

For me learning HTML & CSS for the past 9mo as well as SASS and Bootstrap the past week, is pretty straight forward overall. However JS feels like a steeper learning curve for the basics. I understand it takes years and you are always learning, but any tips or tricks would be great!

Thanks
