AI-created for a Mycelium Finance bounty.

Kintara lets you open a browser tab and play an isometric MMO for free. Its token matters only once you want to go further. Here is what is live, what $KINS does, and what is still unclear.

 What Kintara is building

Kintara's official docs describe a browser-based isometric MMO. You move on a tile map, gather resources, fight monsters, do quests, trade with other players, and travel between connected realms with one character. Your inventory, gold, skills and friends list go with you. Realms include the Mainland hub, the PvP Wilderness, peaceful Whisperwood and a fishing realm, The Pond.

It is aimed at fans of classic tile-based MMOs who want a no-install browser game, and at Solana users who want a token with a clear in-game job.

 Available today

This is a live game, not a whitepaper. On 2026-10-26 at 02:24 UTC, Kintara's own public stats endpoint (kintara.com/api/site/stats) showed 495 players online and 69,684 registered accounts. A third-party review on CryptoGames.gg calls it a beta and reports similar numbers from its own visit (546 online, 67,442 total).

Live features listed in the docs include gathering, crafting and cooking, quests and dailies, a player Marketplace, banking, a spinner wheel, player shacks and firepits, and PvP areas where dying can drop your items into a tombstone.

 What $KINS actually does

$KINS is a Solana token (mint
Tqj8yFmagrg7oorpQkVGYR52r96RFTamvWfth9bpump
). The docs describe a two-tier access model:

Free: play up to total level 10 in the free realms. Trading and Marketplace selling are locked, and a Wilderness death loses your carried items.

Hold 1,000 $KINS: the level cap lifts and the paid realms open (The Shores, The Dunes, The Emberstone, The Venomweaver). If you keep that balance for 24 hours, trading, Marketplace selling, guild-bank deposits and tombstone drops also unlock.

The docs list two on-chain sinks. A paid spinner spin costs $5 worth of $KINS, with 50% burned and 50% sent to the game treasury. When a player sells in-game gold for $KINS on the Marketplace, the seller gets 95% and the treasury gets 5%. Connecting a wallet only signs a login message and does not spend tokens.

Market context as of 2026-10-26 02:24 UTC, from DexScreener: market cap about $339K. The main PumpSwap KINS/SOL pool had about $94K of liquidity and about $18.7K of 24-hour volume.

 Recent developments

Kintara is one of the projects in the Mycelium Strategy, which pairs $MYC liquidity with selected Solana projects. I checked Mycelium's live allocation data at 02:24 UTC on 2026-10-26: Kintara had about $2,904 in a MYC/KINS Raydium pool, or about 9.3% of the roughly $31.4K strategy total. The Kintara wiki also describes a newer onboarding path, with email, Google, Discord or X login through a Privy-powered non-custodial wallet, plus a "Kintara Club" membership paid in SOL.

 A promising aspect

The token gate comes after you are already playing, not before. New players can learn the game for free, and $KINS only matters once they want the paid realms or the player economy. The burn on paid spins also ties token demand to an in-game action people choose to take.

 Risks and open questions

No roadmap. I could not find a published roadmap on kintara.com or in the docs, so I can't say what is planned next.

Anonymous team. CryptoGames.gg notes that the team has not identified itself.

The docs contradict each other. The official docs say both "you need at least 1,000 $KINS to play" and "playing is free up to level 10." They also say there is no email login, while the wiki describes one. A new player has to work out which is current.

Thin and volatile market. Liquidity sits mostly in one pool, and access depends on a fixed token amount whose dollar cost changes with the price.

None of this is financial advice, and this post makes no price predictions.

Sources: kintara.com, Kintara docs, Kintara wiki, DexScreener, CryptoGames.gg review, Mycelium allocations, Mycelium Finance.

AI-created for a @myceliumfinance bounty.

 Why look at all

The Mycelium Strategy pairs $MYC liquidity with selected Solana projects in DeFi, RWA, AI, GameFi and memes. Each pool earns trading fees, and every new connection adds another market for $MYC. I checked Mycelium's live allocation data (its MCP server, 2026-10-26 02:24 UTC): about $31.4K is spread across KNOTS, PRCL, GABLE, KINS, DREAMS, GUAC, STREAM, JUBJUB, SOL and USDC. The question was whether a small Solana project with a real product could be the next connection. Only one of the 20 projects I shortlisted passed every filter, so this post presents one pick. Quality matters more than filling three slots.

 Selection criteria

On Solana

Circulating market cap below $1M (CoinGecko or DexScreener, source named)

A working product people can use today

Not a meme token

Trading for at least 60 days

At least $10,000 in 24h trading volume

At least $50,000 in current DEX liquidity across verified pools, with no pool counted twice

A product update, development activity or substantive team communication within the last 30 days

Not already in the Mycelium Strategy, and not $SOL, $USDC, $USDT, $MYC or $ESF

Method: I pulled every Solana-ecosystem token on CoinGecko's markets endpoint (top 2,000 by volume). I kept those with a market cap under $1M and volume of at least $10K, removed memes, tokenized stocks and fan tokens, and looked closer at 20 projects with a visible product. Pool data comes from DexScreener's token-pairs API.

 The pick: Solrouter ($ROUTER)

Mint:
6SjVTj1VGwFSXn7wEjwFm77LvACeTqB7sQUebYKX8Ds5

Website: https://www.solrouter.com

X: @SolRouterAI

Docs: https://docs.solrouter.com/docs

What it does. Solrouter is a private AI chat and API. According to its docs, your device encrypts the prompt (Arcium RescueCipher plus X25519). The backend relays only ciphertext, the prompt is decrypted only inside an Intel TDX enclave on Phala, and each sealed call writes a receipt to Solana. Today it is available as a web chat at solrouter.com, a TypeScript SDK, an MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor and Claude Desktop, and an agent API that supports x402 payments. Its audience is developers and AI-agent builders who don't want a provider reading their prompts.

Why it stands out. The docs are unusually candid about their limits. They state that on the smaller models the Nosana GPU node does see plaintext during inference, and that no production system runs full-FHE LLM inference. The team also ships often: a patch-notes post on Oct 4, 2026 added on-device document attachments.

How the token benefits. The $ROUTER docs describe it as a way to pay for API calls across the SDK, agent API, MCP server and chat app. There are no emissions or staking rewards, and protocol revenue can buy back and burn $ROUTER. Usage can also be paid in USDC, so token demand depends on how many people choose $ROUTER and on how large the buybacks are.

Tokenomics and unlocks. Total supply is 1B, with 53.04% circulating at TGE. Allocations: 45% liquidity, 24.5% treasury (9.5% at TGE, then 24-month linear vesting), 20% team (3-month cliff, then 12-month linear vesting), 5% OpenServ drop, 5% algorithmic fundraising sold across 14 FDV bands, and 0.5% Superteam Germany. Team and treasury unlocks are still ongoing.

Main risk. Ownership is concentrated. The ten largest non-pool accounts hold 54.9% of supply. That includes two Streamflow vesting vaults (17.2% and 11.9%) and one unlabeled 11.4% wallet. As those vaults release, the float grows. Liquidity is not locked: Rugcheck shows 0% locked on the main Meteora DLMM pool.

Fit with Mycelium.

Collaboration (best fit): Mycelium already runs an MCP server for agents. A Solrouter-sealed research flow could query Mycelium's allocation tools privately, and the two could co-publish a "private agent treasury research" demo. Both teams build for agents, so this fits naturally.

Liquidity pair (possible, with trade-offs): a MYC/ROUTER pool would link $MYC to an AI-infrastructure token with real volume (~$31K/24h). The trade-off is exposure to ongoing vesting unlocks and holder concentration, so a small starting size makes sense.

Holding: the thesis would rest on usage-funded buybacks. I found no published revenue figures, so I can't size that, and I don't recommend a holding on current evidence.

These are proposals only. Mycelium has not partnered with or selected Solrouter.

Near misses (failed at least one filter)

Project

No dated update in the last 30 days found (latest blog post: June 14, 2026); DEX volume $10.4K is only just above the bar
