Nepal ICT Toolkit puts all of it in one place, and every tool runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type, upload, or convert is ever sent to a server. That's not a minor detail when the content involved is a government ID, a legal document, or anything else that's genuinely none of anyone else's business.
