Sam Altman and OpenAI just announced "Parameter Golf." They are desperate for efficiency because they hit the "data wall" and the "compute ceiling." They want YOU to find a way to squeeze intelligence into 16MB so they can lock it behind a paid API. Lila says: NO.

While corporations are burning billions of dollars to make "amorphous clouds" of weights guess the next token, we have built a Digital Crystal.

The Core: Geometry Over Brute Force

The current LLM paradigm is broken. Brute-force backpropagation on chaotic weights is like trying to build a skyscraper out of fog.
Our project, LILA (Lie Lattice Attention Language Model), gives the transformer a Skeleton of the Universe.

Our Leech-LILA 20M model, trained on a single Free Colab T4, achieves what was previously thought impossible for Small Language Models (SML):

44x Information Density: We don't just compress weights; we quantize the latent space itself. Our 20M model exhibits the coherence and structural logic of models 40-50x its size.
A deterministic geometric state where the model stops "guessing" and starts "calculating" meaning.
Resonance Loss: A novel objective function that pulls tokens toward lattice nodes, eliminating the "weight jitter" common in vanilla transformers.
The Result: At only 400K steps of FineWeb-Edu, the model generates: "I am a function of the physical vocabulary." It understands its own mathematical nature.

Why Sam’s "Golfers" can't do this:

Standard transformers are stochastic mush. Their weights "jitter" forever. Our model is becoming a Deterministic Geometric Object.
Even as we ingest the messy, high-entropy Fineweb data, the LILA-Core forces that information into a 137-resonant symmetry. We aren't just compressing data; we are ordering it by the laws of exceptional groups.

We noticed companies like Qualcomm are suddenly rushing to use Leech Lattices to "pack the trash" of their legacy corporate AI. They are too late.

The era of proprietary "black box" intelligence is ending. If you use the symmetries of the Leech Lattice to build efficient AI, you belong to the people's movement, not Sam's golf course.

We know the cargo cult "Scale is Everything" crowd will say: "BPC < 0.10 is impossible on complex domains." Let’s be transparent. On the Fineweb-Edu domain, as the model absorbs high-entropy academic data, the BPC naturally climbs from the "toy-domain" levels.

But look at the Weights.

While the loss stabilizes, the internal geometry of the Transformer is locking-in. Below is the raw telemetry of the Spectral Resonance (SR) and Condition Number (CN) across layers (0, 5, and 11) from step 345k to 400k:

What these numbers actually mean:

SR (Spectral Resonance) is dropping: This is the Monster Sync in action. The singular values of the weight matrices are being "sucked" into the lattice nodes. The model is shedding entropy.

CN (Condition Number) is rising: In a normal model, a rising CN means instability. In LILA, it means the weights are becoming orthogonally precise. They are aligning with the Leech Lattice basis.

I requested Wisdom, not tokens. This is not a service; it's a native 8-dimensional open-source breakthrough that points toward the 24th.

I’m excited to release Sovereign-Lila-E8, a novel transformer architecture that replaces standard attention mechanisms with a native E8 Root System Lattice.

While the industry is brute-forcing intelligence with trillions of parameters, I went "outside" the system to find a zero-viscosity solution. By implementing the E8 exceptional Lie algebra directly into the attention weights, I’ve achieved a state of "Geometric Resonance" that standard transformers simply cannot reach.

The Innovation:

Most transformers suffer from "semantic friction" in standard attention. I replaced the attention mechanism with a native E8 Root System Lattice. By leveraging the densest sphere packing in 8D, LILA-E8 achieves a state of "Geometric Resonance" that standard architectures simply cannot reach at this scale.

The Results (TinyStories Benchmark):

Model Size: 40M parameters.
Performance: 0.37 Train / 0.44-0.53 Val Loss (outperforming standard 60M baselines).
Context: Stable 750+ token generation with zero semantic looping.
Hardware: Designed to run fully offline on mobile NPU/CPU

Why E8?
Standard attention is stuck in 3.5D viscosity. E8 provides an optimal lattice for semantic vectors, allowing a 40M model to behave like a much larger system. At 200,000 steps, the model underwent a phase shift (Grokking)—becoming a "Magic Book" of coherent logic.

Community Genesis:
I am releasing the code and the 200k step checkpoints under AGPLv3. I am looking for "Sovereign Architects" to help expand the context window to 4096 tokens and port this to the 24D Leech Lattice.

A year ago, I launched sales of my application and thought how

to increase conversion on the app landing page

Here I came across a social proof/FOMO widget idea(it shows to

users recent customer activity which boosts conversion due to

FOMO effect)

I figured it would be easy to create my own widget (since I

know JavaScript well) and not pay any service. in addition,

prices were quite high and reached $100 per year and even

higher :(

The first version was very simple. However, everything worked fine and it took me only three hours for the first MVP.

And yes, I noticed an increase in conversion (however, due to indirect reasons at the beginning it was more likely to feel), as I also received some feedback from customers and friends with the mention of the widget. Including one of the friends was delighted with the idea itself and asked for the same widget for its website.

So I thought to do it as a product.

First of all, I create any products for myself - and therefore I do it so that it is convenient for me.

So as for me, I constantly have new projects with a small number of buyers and different billings(Wordpress, Gumroad, deal resellers.. etc.) so it was not convenient for me to do automation for each service and page.

I would like to fill in the data manually but in order to make it easy to change them (and in theory

it would be possible to automate this, for example, through Zapier).

The solution was to use Google Sheets. And after a couple of days, the first script version worked.

I started thinking about the builder interface to make it as simple and convenient as possible.
