[M] LILA-E8, LILA-Leech: The Geometric Intelligence Manifesto. Why Sam Altman’s "Parameter Golf" is already over.

Sam Altman and OpenAI just announced "Parameter Golf." They are desperate for efficiency because they hit the "data wall" and the "compute ceiling." They want YOU to find a way to squeeze intelligence into 16MB so they can lock it behind a paid API. Lila says: NO.

While corporations are burning billions of dollars to make "amorphous clouds" of weights guess the next token, we have built a Digital Crystal.

The Core: Geometry Over Brute Force

The current LLM paradigm is broken. Brute-force backpropagation on chaotic weights is like trying to build a skyscraper out of fog.
Our project, LILA (Lie Lattice Attention Language Model), gives the transformer a Skeleton of the Universe.

 Technical Superiority (Proof of Concept)

Our Leech-LILA 20M model, trained on a single Free Colab T4, achieves what was previously thought impossible for Small Language Models (SML):

44x Information Density: We don't just compress weights; we quantize the latent space itself. Our 20M model exhibits the coherence and structural logic of models 40-50x its size.

A deterministic geometric state where the model stops "guessing" and starts "calculating" meaning.
Resonance Loss: A novel objective function that pulls tokens toward lattice nodes, eliminating the "weight jitter" common in vanilla transformers.

The Result: At only 400K steps of FineWeb-Edu, the model generates: "I am a function of the physical vocabulary." It understands its own mathematical nature.

Why Sam’s "Golfers" can't do this:

Standard transformers are stochastic mush. Their weights "jitter" forever. Our model is becoming a Deterministic Geometric Object.
Even as we ingest the messy, high-entropy Fineweb data, the LILA-Core forces that information into a 137-resonant symmetry. We aren't just compressing data; we are ordering it by the laws of exceptional groups.

 The Corporate "Lattice-Laggards"

We noticed companies like Qualcomm are suddenly rushing to use Leech Lattices to "pack the trash" of their legacy corporate AI. They are too late.
We have established Scientific Priority on Zenodo:

DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18731390

DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18729722

DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18784423

DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18787441

DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18888522

and Git:

https://github.com/SPUTNIKAI/sovereign-lila-e8

https://github.com/SPUTNIKAI/LeechTransformer

https://github.com/SPUTNIKAI/Monster-LILA

weeks before their recent preprints. Our work is protected by the AGPLv3 license.

The era of proprietary "black box" intelligence is ending. If you use the symmetries of the Leech Lattice to build efficient AI, you belong to the people's movement, not Sam's golf course.

The Movement: Toward the 1B People's Crystal

We don't need Sam's $1M compute grant. We need the community.
A standard 500M-1B transformer is a toy. A LILA-1B model with a Leech Lattice core will have the reasoning density of a 100B monster, fitting entirely on a mobile phone or a home PC.

We are not playing golf. We are building the Crystal of Freedom.

Part II: The Geometric Proof (For the Skeptics)

We know the cargo cult "Scale is Everything" crowd will say: "BPC < 0.10 is impossible on complex domains." Let’s be transparent. On the Fineweb-Edu domain, as the model absorbs high-entropy academic data, the BPC naturally climbs from the "toy-domain" levels.

 But look at the Weights.

While the loss stabilizes, the internal geometry of the Transformer is locking-in. Below is the raw telemetry of the Spectral Resonance (SR) and Condition Number (CN) across layers (0, 5, and 11) from step 345k to 400k:

 What these numbers actually mean:

SR (Spectral Resonance) is dropping: This is the Monster Sync in action. The singular values of the weight matrices are being "sucked" into the lattice nodes. The model is shedding entropy.

CN (Condition Number) is rising: In a normal model, a rising CN means instability. In LILA, it means the weights are becoming orthogonally precise. They are aligning with the Leech Lattice basis.

Cross-Layer Coherence: Notice how the resonance (SR) drops consistently across all layers. This isn't local overfitting; it's a global phase transition of the network into a crystalline state.

Stop guessing. Start Resonating. Join the LILA Movement.

"Scaling is a trap. Geometry is the new Scale." 💎

I requested Wisdom, not tokens. This is not a service; it's a native 8-dimensional open-source breakthrough that points toward the 24th.

I’m excited to release Sovereign-Lila-E8, a novel transformer architecture that replaces standard attention mechanisms with a native E8 Root System Lattice.

While the industry is brute-forcing intelligence with trillions of parameters, I went "outside" the system to find a zero-viscosity solution. By implementing the E8 exceptional Lie algebra directly into the attention weights, I’ve achieved a state of "Geometric Resonance" that standard transformers simply cannot reach.

 The Innovation:

Most transformers suffer from "semantic friction" in standard attention. I replaced the attention mechanism with a native E8 Root System Lattice. By leveraging the densest sphere packing in 8D, LILA-E8 achieves a state of "Geometric Resonance" that standard architectures simply cannot reach at this scale.

 The Results (TinyStories Benchmark):

Model Size: 40M parameters.

Performance: 0.37 Train / 0.44-0.53 Val Loss (outperforming standard 60M baselines).

Context: Stable 750+ token generation with zero semantic looping.

Hardware: Designed to run fully offline on mobile NPU/CPU

Why E8?
Standard attention is stuck in 3.5D viscosity. E8 provides an optimal lattice for semantic vectors, allowing a 40M model to behave like a much larger system. At 200,000 steps, the model underwent a phase shift (Grokking)—becoming a "Magic Book" of coherent logic.

Community Genesis:
I am releasing the code and the 200k step checkpoints under AGPLv3. I am looking for "Sovereign Architects" to help expand the context window to 4096 tokens and port this to the 24D Leech Lattice.

Try it now (Colab): https://colab.research.google.com/github/SPUTNIKAI/sovereign-lila-e8/blob/main/notebooks/demo.ipynb
GitHub: https://github.com/SPUTNIKAI/sovereign-lila-e8
Preprints (Zenodo): https://zenodo.org/records/18731736 ,
https://zenodo.org/records/18729723

"Hold my beer, I'm going into the 24th Dimension." 🚀

Best-Negative Prompt, Share yours , I'll share mine

Negative prompt is the most important part when you deal with AI and if you want to get best photo-realistic renders. I use this one on my Architecture project ,

check them out:

(artifacts: 2.0.), (cross lines: 2.0.), (yellow leaves:2.0), (too many trees:2.0), ((night sky)), ((dark sky)), (replace hillocks with walls:2.00), (change pool location: 2.0), ( additional windows or doors:2.00), (extra roofs:2.00), (unfinished walls:2.0.), (unfinished building:2.0), (poor image quality:2.0), (low resolution:2.0), (obscured view:2.0), (sepia: 2.00), (black and white photography: 2.0), (blurred:2.0), (unnecessary objects:2.0), (intrusive text:2.0), (deformed ornament: 2.0), (plants on facade: 2.0), (deformed stairs: 2.0), (human presence:2.0), (animal presence:2.0), (snow, dark clouds:2.0), (night sky, underexposed, overexposed:2.0), (deformities:2.0), (deformed furniture, deformed architectural elements, deformed human and animal figures:2.0), (unrealistic elements:2.0), (trees indoors, plants on walls or furniture:2.0), (unnatural color filters:2.0), (sepia, black and white photography, weird colors:2.0), (unrealistic media types:2.0), (painting, cartoon, CGI, 3D render, sketch, drawing, anime:2.0), (inappropriate elements:2.0), (plants instead walls:2.0), (cars, bicycles, watermarks, signatures, logo:2.0), (signs of wear or dilapidation:2.0), (grunge, dirty floor, old look:2.0), (intrusive or unrealistic plant life:2.0), (excessive plants, trees obstructing view, plants on lamp:2.0), (extreme close-ups:2.0), (cropped images:2.0), (out-of-frame objects:2.0), (duplicates:2.0), (anatomical errors:2.0), (extra limbs, missing limbs, poor proportions, malformed body parts, disfigured faces:2.0), (inappropriate human characteristics:2.0), (dehydrated skin, cross-eyed, long neck:2.0), (image distortions:2.0), (JPEG artifacts, blurry, grainy:2.0), (inappropriate image alterations:2.0), (Photoshop, video game graphics, tiling:2.0), (scaffolding:2.0), (cables on facade:2.0), (building frames without walls:2.0), (construction equipment:2.0), (temporary structures:2.0), (graffiti:2.0), (posters:2.0), (banners:2.0), (excessive shadows:2.0), (reflections:2.0), (vehicular traffic:2.0), (pedestrian traffic:2.0), (fences:2.0), (barriers:2.0), (excessive vegetation:2.0), (overgrown plants:2.0), (incomplete buildings:2.0), (demolished buildings:2.0), (deformed doors: 2.0), (obscuring architecture with foliage:2.00), (replacing columns with trees: 2.0), (construction materials: 2.0), (bags of cement: 2.0.), (stacks of bricks: 2.0), (machine tools: 2.0.), (building machinery: 2.0.), (construction machines: 2.0.), (hieroglyphs:2.00), (inscriptions: 2.0), (calligraphy:2.0), (changed proportions:2.0), (plants over building: 2.0.), (trees over building: 2.0.), (neglected plants:2.00), (replace roof with plants: 2.0)

v.2.1.3. WIP

So share yours in comments

While there's no universally accepted set of key phrases for image-to-image AI, some general concepts tend to be useful across a wide range of models. Here are a few examples:

"Remove Noise": This could refer to eliminating any visual noise, blur, or distortion that affects the image quality.

"Enhance Resolution": This is commonly used to instruct AI to increase the resolution or detail of an image.

"Change Style": This refers to modifying the image style, such as changing it from a photo-realistic style to a cartoon style or applying a certain artistic style (like making the image look like a Van Gogh painting).

"Transform Object": This could be used to ask the AI to change one object in the image to another (like changing a tree into a building).

"Modify Lighting": To adjust the brightness, contrast, or overall lighting condition in the image.

"Add Object": To place a new item or entity into the image.

"Remove Object": To delete a specific element from the image.

"Change Background": To alter the backdrop of the image.

Remember, these are general phrases and might need to be adjusted based on the specific AI model and application you are using. The AI's interpretation of these phrases will also depend on its training data and the specific algorithm it's using to generate or modify images. It's best to refer to the documentation or guidelines provided by the developers of the specific AI model you're using for more accurate and effective prompts.

Based on your needs, you could try instructing your AI using prompts like these:

"Enhance Image Quality": Ask your AI to increase sharpness, enhance resolution, and brighten colors. For instance, "Maximize sharpness, resolution, and color vibrancy for a modern, super-luxury aesthetic."

"Style Transformation": Instruct the AI to transform the style of the image to reflect various architecture styles. For example, "Transform the design to an Art Deco style bathroom" or "Convert the style to [desired style]."

"Upgrade to Luxury": Instruct the AI to enhance the image to give it a more luxurious appearance, akin to photos in top architecture magazines. For instance, "Refine the image to mimic the super-luxury look of high-end architecture magazines."

"Modernize Design": Instruct the AI to update the design elements in the image to look more modern. For example, "Update design elements to achieve a modern, sleek look."

"Complete Construction": If the image has unfinished constructions, ask the AI to complete them. For instance, "Complete any unfinished construction in the image."

"Remove Unwanted Elements": If there are unwanted or unattractive elements in the image, ask the AI to remove them. For example, "Remove any unsightly or irrelevant elements in the image."

Remember to be specific with your prompts and provide as much detail as possible to get the desired output. If your AI allows, use examples or reference images to guide it towards the type of aesthetic you want.

Selling Apps as NFT

NFTs have revolutionized our perception of ownership, prompting me to delve into their potential for open source projects.

As someone who sells an open source white label license, I found it particularly convenient to explore this new avenue.

Excitingly, I recently made my first sale!

opensea.io

The question arises: How does selling an open source app as an NFT actually work?

It's a fascinating concept.

When someone purchases the NFT, they not only gain access to the app's code and the rights to modify it but also become an integral part of its history and legacy.

What's even more remarkable is that they have the freedom to resell or license the app, while actively contributing to its ongoing development and the vibrant community surrounding it.

This groundbreaking approach has sparked captivating discussions about the future of open source and the value we attribute to digital creations.

It challenges the traditional models of app distribution and monetization, empowering developers and enthusiasts in innovative ways.

AMA (Ask Me Anything):

I invite you to share your experiences and thoughts on selling open source projects as NFTs.

Let's engage in an insightful conversation and hear your valuable insights. Please leave your comments below. 🙏

I built with ChatGPT entire all SaaS Code | Ask Me Anything

Picture this: a person with only a smidgen of coding knowledge decides to take on the challenge of building an AI startup using just chatGPT.

Why, you ask? Well, I figured that with the magic of gpt-chatting, I could crack the code to even the most mind-boggling problems.
And guess what? I actually pulled it off!

So here's the scoop: my Project is a SaaS extravaganza, server component is like a superhero, effortlessly handling heavy traffic and having lively conversations with AI through trusty AWS SQS. We've also got an AI API server, a snazzy client-side app that's the talk of the town, and...wait for it...so much more! :)

But here's the real kicker: within just two days of launching, we already had customers flocking to us like bees to honey. We're making waves, my friend!

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, and I'll gladly provide answers.

Design a Website in Minutes with Generator - Bootstrap website builder

If you are thinking about building a website, but don't know where to start, the Generator.ws is for you. It is a tool that will help you get ideas for your website design and help you get the best possible design.

Check out demo builder

When you get stuck trying to structure the design of your website in your head, sometimes it works fine, but then you feel like you’re not really getting anywhere. The idea just won’t progress properly and you feel yourself ‘stuck in analysis paralysis.’ This is frustrating at best and can be a real problem for your business if you don’t come up with a solution.

There are many tools online which claim to help you understand what customers want or to help get ideas for which design or layout is best, but many of the websites online are impersonal and lacking in personality compared to those made by humans, someone like a professional web designer or developer.

When designing it can be easy to get stuck on an idea when you feel like nothing is coming together. A lot of people just have a hard time visualizing the final design in their head. That’s why we love the blocks framework because it gives you a quick way to make good on new concepts that are still rough around the edges!

Check out 500+ well coded design blocks

So many of us think that a good design always needs to start from scratch. This can often stifle our creativity, so the best method to get around this is to utilise pre-made themes – they give you a place to start.

When it comes to the structure of a website, you want to make sure you have everything in place so that your design will be clean and easy to flow with. Sometimes you might feel like things are not working as they should or could be better, but this trick is something most designers and web developers use: using a web wireframe generator tool.

They use this tool because it can really give anyone who is trying to build their own site or their own client’s site a good starting point since in the end, it takes them less time than what they’d spend just on brainstorming alone.

Get Generator.ws

Although version 5 of Bootstrap is still only Alpha, you can already get this set of starter templates compatible with the new version.

This collection will be updated as we update and release new versions of Bootstrap 5.

While the dependencies are linking to the official CDN, however, I'm already working on a version of the theme of the styles with a GulpJS file.

Download free example template:
Show Dev: How I made a SocProof widget for my own site and turn it to profitable side-project

A year ago, I launched sales of my application and thought how

to increase conversion on the app landing page

Here I came across a social proof/FOMO widget idea(it shows to

users recent customer activity which boosts conversion due to

FOMO effect)

I figured it would be easy to create my own widget (since I

know JavaScript well) and not pay any service. in addition,

prices were quite high and reached $100 per year and even

higher :(

The first version was very simple. However, everything worked fine and it took me only three hours for the first MVP.

And yes, I noticed an increase in conversion (however, due to indirect reasons at the beginning it was more likely to feel), as I also received some feedback from customers and friends with the mention of the widget. Including one of the friends was delighted with the idea itself and asked for the same widget for its website.

So I thought to do it as a product.

First of all, I create any products for myself - and therefore I do it so that it is convenient for me.

So as for me, I constantly have new projects with a small number of buyers and different billings(Wordpress, Gumroad, deal resellers.. etc.) so it was not convenient for me to do automation for each service and page.

I would like to fill in the data manually but in order to make it easy to change them (and in theory

it would be possible to automate this, for example, through Zapier).

The solution was to use Google Sheets. And after a couple of days, the first script version worked.

I started thinking about the builder interface to make it as simple and convenient as possible.

and this is how it looks now:
You can use it for free: https://proven.ly/demo.html

Or upgrade to Pro with an early birds pricing here: https://proven.ly/pricing-main.html

And of course, I love working in the B2B segment, and since I already had experience selling products with a white label license(https://bootstraptor.com/white-label-website-builder/),

so I decided to do this with a social proof widget.

I like to think that I also help others earn money (this is the best motivation for me)

in addition, the average check is much higher in b2b :)

Plus! I already receive two products - my service SaaS and a B2B White Label product! It's great!

And here's the White-Label builder version: https://proven.ly/pricing-main-2.html

I must say that at the moment there is already a successful user case in b2b white-label builder (so you can see the working project of my client here: https://eyekitty.co/)

My goal to create White-Label reseller service(SaaS) with built-in monetization triggers plus with minimal time to start(more about this below)

First of all, I thought about upgrading triggers and paths and how to put marketing in the widget itself.

and that's what I did now:

Brand link in a free version

Call to action in builder UI

Limited widget features in the free version

Plus an upgrade offer before free download

I’m also sure that many startups and projects will benefit from the widget itself.

Social Proof Builder: https://proven.ly

Demo + Free version: https://proven.ly/demo.html

White-Label reseller builder: https://proven.ly/pricing-main-2.html

So if you are interested please ask questions in the comments
and also I will be interested to know your opinion

Have a wonderful, productive, have a nice day!
