&lt;p&gt;save your stash as a patch file:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;apply this patch, skipping the conflicts (you will be asked for resolution of conflicts, just skip missing files):&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am sorry, but I disagree with the answers general assertion.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You shouldn't need to create concrete factories if you are using IoC...that is the whole point of dependency injection.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Consider this small example...&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The UnitOfWork will be instantiated by StructureMap&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The BankAccountApplication can &amp;amp; should also be instantiated by…&lt;/li&gt;
