Have you ever found yourself scrolling endlessly through a recipe website, only to be bombarded with ads, pop-ups, and stories longer than a novel? All you wanted was the recipe for that mouth-watering chocolate cake, but instead, you're knee-deep in someone's epic tale about their grandmother's secret ingredient discovered under a full moon.

Well, fellow home cooks, it's time to drizzle some zest back into your culinary adventures. Introducing 🍋 drizzlelemons—your antidote to the bloated recipe sites that have left a sour taste in our mouths.

The Sour Truth About Recipe Websites

Let's face it: modern recipe sites can be a labyrinth of distractions. The actual recipe is often sandwiched between autoplay videos, banner ads, and paragraphs of personal anecdotes. While we appreciate the heartfelt stories, sometimes we just need to know how many eggs to crack!

 A Fresh Squeeze of Inspiration

As someone who loves to cook but loathes digital clutter, I decided enough was enough. I wanted a simple way to get straight to the recipe without the extra pulp. So, I built drizzlelemons—a tool that extracts just the recipe from any given URL and presents it beautifully.

What started as a fun side project quickly gained momentum. Friends and family loved the simplicity, and their feedback was the catalyst that turned drizzlelemons into a full-fledged platform.

 Zesty Features You'll Love

Here's how drizzlelemons is transforming your cooking experience:

No Ads, No Stories: Just paste a recipe URL, and get straight to the ingredients and instructions. No more wading through pop-ups or life stories.

Ingredients at Your Fingertips: Tired of scrolling up and down? Ingredients stay visible alongside the steps, so you never lose your place.

Unit Conversions Made Easy: Whether you prefer metric or imperial, drizzlelemons automatically converts measurements to suit your needs.

Search by Dish Name: Craving lasagna? Type it in, and we'll fetch you a recipe without the fluff.

Recipe Adaptation: Need it gluten-free, vegan, or want to adjust serving sizes? Our tool adapts recipes to fit your dietary preferences.

Ingredient-Based Suggestions: Only have tomatoes, pasta, and cheese? Enter your ingredients, and drizzlelemons will suggest recipes you can make right now.

Behind the Scenes: The Tech Magic

You might be wondering how drizzlelemons works its magic. Without getting too technical, we've harnessed the power of advanced algorithms and natural language processing to sift through web content. Our system intelligently extracts the meaningful parts—the ingredients and instructions—and leaves behind the rest.

 Join the Citrus Revolution

Cooking should be joyful, not a chore complicated by endless scrolling and distractions. Drizzlelemons aims to bring the fun back into your kitchen by simplifying how you access recipes.

So, are you ready to squeeze out the frustrations of traditional recipe sites? Give drizzlelemons a try, and let's make cooking delightful again. Your taste buds (and your sanity) will thank you! 🍋👨‍🍳

I'd love to hear your thoughts! If you're also tired of bloated recipe sites, drop a comment below. Let's start a conversation about how we can make the online cooking experience better for everyone.

Hey everyone!

I took some time off my day job to work on my own little AI tool. It's purpose is to prompt you during meetings with questions to ask, answers, fact checking and insightful notes. After a successful beta test I've been keen to get more people taking it for a spin to get even more feedback and hopefully help some people out that may find it useful!

If you feel like trying it out and seeing if it can improve your meetings or help come up with awesome questions during interviews then have a go. It's completely free to try and no sign up is required, just log in with Google to activate your account.

conversAItions

Looking forward to seeing what you think.
Cheers,
