&lt;p&gt;In today's world, when it comes to building a startup, there are several aspects that concern us as entrepreneurs. One of those is the UI of the product or service we are selling. Initially, we want to create beautiful websites. There are many famous sites on the internet with pre-made templates that really shine, especially those for SaaS. However, I believe that when you are creating a product or service as a startup, focusing energy on creating a beautiful UI is not only a waste of time but also a deception and a distraction for ourselves.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Why do I say this? Well, because almost daily, I see various products or services being launched, and no matter how beautiful their UIs are, they don't have users. It seems that users initially do not care about the UI, but rather that their problem is solved.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In conclusion, at first, the only thing that matters is solving a real problem for the user, instead of creating beautiful UIs that no one cares about.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;UIs that are not so beautiful but have many users because they offer something of value:&lt;/p&gt;
