      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've been thinking about Electron performance issues on low-end computers, and it got me thinking: Are there any native UI libraries or frameworks that have been ported to the web? GTK+ had Broadway, but that had the app running on a server and sending the UI to the client, instead of the app running on the client itself.&lt;/p&gt;
