This blog will chronicle my journey towards becoming a Software Engineer. The goal is to challenge myself to become versed enough to successfully execute some of my passion projects and to transition back into a tech role with my current employer or elsewhere.

I already have knowledge of Java, C, and C++ from some courses I took in college. I’ve also retained my knowledge of HTML, CSS, and some PHP from my time at Thylaksoft. To date, I’ve only ever built two small programs (re: games) using C# and Unity: Cannibal Cows & Pirate’s Revenge.

Since traditional classroom environments are not my preferred method of learning, I will be embarking on this journey using various available online tools.

Wish me luck!
