I'm studying node+express, and I want to deploy a simple app, consisting in 4 APIs. I'm a student from Brasil, so I can't pay for a service like Heroku right now. <br> I was checking fly.io, and they said it is free, but when i have the cli in front of me, it says that I must put a credit card to continue...
