I just built Reel Motion.

The idea is pretty simple. There are millions of good workout videos on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, but they're not very convenient when you actually want to exercise.

You have to watch the video, remember the exercises, pause it between sets, rewind to check the form, then find the video again next time.

With Reel Motion, you just share the video with the app and it turns it into a proper workout.

It detects the exercises from the video and creates a routine you can follow step by step, with exercise illustrations, instructions, reps/timers and audio guidance.

You can also control the workout with your voice, so you don't need to keep picking up your phone between exercises.

All imported workouts are saved too, so instead of having hundreds of random workout reels bookmarked across different apps, you can actually build a library of workouts you want to do.

Just launched it and I'm curious what other devs think.

reelmotion.fit
